Worse experience ever
Worse experience ever, bought kids clothing online which where too big for him, returned them at thavhani mall and didn't get stock then the following week I went there on thr 12 to get a refund which they didn't have funds and told me they will give me a voucher, from collecting the voucher i was told i will receive the voucher via my phone, kept it in the car waiting for a chance to go to plk and buy there where the are kiddies clothes, 2 weeks after i was involved in an accident and thr slip was in the car and when the car was written off after accssment it was placed far, went to istore to see if i can retrieve messages that perhaps went on trash, and couldn't get any from refinery, then on the 23rd went to makhado Crossing to ask of the process and the ladies told me it can only be retrieve that side, call the manager in thohoyandou who confirmed being there on their system but can't retrieve the numbers, it can only be done while im there via thina city, told her im 72kms away and said thats the only way, on the 24th i drove to Thohoyandouin the morning, 9am opening time i was still outside with the shop closed, 9h4 they opened halfway for a guy who worked at sportscene, 9h9 then opened, i asked for the late opening and they said the where in a meeting, 2 sales lady where busy with time cards on they books while the manager chatting with the guy, when she was done i explained myself and my reasons for coming to the store, her phone rang without being excused went tp the back to answer it, after 15 minutes came back to tell me that she asked other stores and showed me a screenshot on her phone that stated that no voucher can be retrieved by the store from asking her that yesterday you gave me hope that it can be retrieve if im there, then she answered with emotions that she won't waste her time with things that are stated on their policy, started askies for the numbers from the colleagues went back to call whoever then waited for another 35 minutes with no feedback at the end she told me i have tried my best, you can call them yourself and give me the numbers or else accept that the money is gone, i left the shop shocked with the treatment im given by a woman who is pregnant over the loss of my child's winter clothes

The are accomplice of ****mers, i contacted them after 1st payment before the second one as i did 3 Months that what im buying at phonetradr i got a response that is out of stock in January 26, 2nd installment debited, went back to communicate with them i opted for refund which is pending or taking time, in march that's when they told me to request with the store i bought from for refund,iif it was a bank it was going to be easy for me to report transaction for *****, now with them no legality to show the are accomplice of *****ulent activities

Non reliable customer service
Nightmare experience ever, ordered a phone then after 2 days i was told sold out and they cant find it anywhere, i told them i need a refund, its been 2 months from pillar to post

Makhado health zone gym
Worst gym ever,the managers intervention was to ask me if I’m coming to the gym to bath or train,very rude guy by the name of Pierre-raised a complain over 2 months of switching on the geyser at the gym in the morning, the water is forever cold and when I’m cancelling my gym membership his telling me of 50% remaining funds before cancelling the contract which was not explained at 1st,he keep on calling me until I blocked him and sent me a message that I’m childish I shouldn’t complain of hot water while paying R450 monthly fee in Makhado while gyms with intra therapy charges R650-R1000 In a month you will also experience electricity cut from municipality. No go area if you love yourself,I recommend all other small gym like muscles den and fusion fitness,no electricity issues.

FNB *****ulent bank
Worst bank ever, stayed 2 weeks without access to my account, I reported money that was taken from my account with a reference of connect device, called ***** department explaining that i don't have any device with fnb or any other company, she decided that investigation has to be conducted but my profile has to be shut down, 1 week follow up, they told me it takes tome but i can visit any branch tp open my accounts, when i reach the bank, it took 2 hours of struggle with no success, told them i want to close my account as now i have to restart the whole process of ordering cards and register a new app, and i was told to visit the bank the following week to discuss with the manager and settle the overdraft which is the fund that was taken by them and acting as if the are investing,im so disappointed that it can take 2 weeks to investigate money worth more than R5000 leaving an account without bank security

Beacon bay edge fitness club
I was so disappointed with the service, was told in December the is someone to look after the kids and told the is a day free, waited for January and went to do the trial with my son in the afternoon, i was told that all that i was promised in December was a fairy tale it doesn't happen in that gym, no free gym and you look after your child, the kids place with no tv, only broken toys and no one to attend to the kids, i was told to leave him there and sit and dign a contract before i gym, couldn't leave my son unattended and went to join virgin active

Theft in the centre around the gym
The gym is stationed in a dangerous area,1 moment a gym member's car is taken in-front of car guard , on a monthly basis and phones taken in-front of the gym, how safe are we in this place, as the is no security for zone fitness only useless on from the main centre, soon we going to be robbed inside the gym as workers there opens early in the morning in the morning and close late at night by themselves, most of the workers are tiny

Unpaid subscription
I have a 3 month subscription of hell with the company, can't contact them and all i get is unpaid emails saying they have debited and no funds, o have to pay through link sent on the email, but the 1st payment went through with no hustle, the 3 installments are hell, please change your system as this is not good service
