I had one of the worst experiences at Zone Fitness Bayside Mall. The moment you sign the contract, the customer service completely disappears. Before joining, everything sounds professional and welcoming, but afterwards it becomes clear that members are no longer a priority. The staff seem completely untrained and unable to assist with even basic queries. Every time I asked for help or clarification, I was met with confusion, poor attitudes, or no assistance at all. The manager was especially rude, dismissive, and showed absolutely no respect when concerns were raised. What shocked me most was the behavior from some of the trainers. Being shouted at before even properly entering the gym over matters that had nothing to do with them is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. A gym should be an encouraging environment, not one where members feel uncomfortable or attacked. The reception staff were equally disappointing. Queries were handled with attitude, little effort, and zero professionalism. Instead of trying to resolve issues, it felt like they simply wanted to get rid of members as quickly as possible. Overall, this has been a disgraceful experience from start to finish. I would strongly warn others to think very carefully before signing up here. There are far better gyms out there that actually value and respect their members.

The service is BAD BAD BAD, zone fitness in Bayside mall. I registered for a single membership mid February, then opened on the 1st of March, 2/3 days later I enquired about the super club, I was referred to different sales consultants, few days later they asked me to complete another, and another form and another, by now I’ve completed about 6 forms but NOT EVEN ONE KNOWS HOW TO PROCESS IT, each and every time I go to the gym I ask why it’s not processed and they promise to do it same day, it’s now 2 months later and I still don’t have super club, they’re all ***********, by now I’m guessing they’re maybe expecting me to process it myself because WOW their service is a JOKE

I wanted to cancel my contract with them because I couldn't afford gym as I was unemployed. They continued wanting money from me although I wasn't going to gym anymore and I couldn't afford the cancelation fee
