Yes, l contacted webuycars Montana branch and l was assisted by Nico Fletcher the sales representative at webuycars, he was outstanding, and provided services i could not believe, he took me every step of the way, up until l secured and bought my BMW X1 eventually, am so proud of his services and l believe the winner is Webuycars as they've an representative like him, thank you very much Mr Fletcher, keep up the good work, and shine there. 🙏🙏💯

My daughter and Son, unemployed was approached by a consultant from Zone Fitness Promenade 27 Dec 2025. Promoting free month subscription who knows what, uneducated they gave ID and contact numbers etc. Out of the blue we are getting demanding SMS's and calls that fees are behind and never paid and must be paid immediately to avoid being handed over!!! After visiting the branch and making calls to get this sorted, we need to get the messages of the consultant to prove that we did not sign up (who no longer works for them) how do you sign someone up that is unemployed?? Please explain. Do you not do credit checks before signing people up especially from teenagers.

I was mislead and *****ed from a consultant in vanguard mall, I never received any activation cards like I was promised in store and my account was debited with no authority the lady that signed me up is no longer with the company and she even added my husband with no consent now I'm receiving calls every single day from nimble owing zone fitness 11 000.I will take this matter further with the Ombudsman and Ncr this is so uncalled for The account is now with nimble where I'm so tired of explaining myself and I followed all steps but still the calls is unstoppable

Useless gym, I went to Bayside mall with my partner and was told about this gym by a guy called Serge, we signed up and I asked him if we can start using the gym that Sunday after I payed the sign up fees, he said yes, and Thursday I'll recieve my user details for the app, come Friday and I recieve nothing when I call Serge he says the gym will only open at the end of the month and we will only get the app end of the month, when I requested a manager to call me back for his lies then nobody called, I google the contact for the next gym and asked for a manager and was answered by Hakeem who also **** saying he was a manager but was not and the calls are recorded, when I get a call from the office in jhb the woman tells me she will have somebody contact me to resolve this cos I want to cancel the plan then I was told I must pay 40% premium first but yet I never even started paying for the gym and also nobody ever calls me back when I ask them to call me back, then some manager calls me back and tell me I was lying cos Serge denies everything and also Hakeem, yet I have what'sapp messeges with Hakeem to prove my point and now I am still waiting for this matter to be resolved. You people are ****** and ******* and I want you to cancel my plans or elce i will contact lawyers and SAPS for a ******** case of theft against you

I took out a contract with Capricorn branch. The contract was for both my son and I. We have both been to the gym and yet when my son wanted to go to gym, they informed me that he was too young. Furthermore, their customer service is non existent. I'm still waiting on the sales manager to return my call. It's absolutely disgusting! Rohan at the front desk kept saying the manager would call me back and yet he never has. Furthermore, I had sales consultants offering me contracts whereas I was already locked into this contract! I want this contract cancelled. The only reason why I took it out was for my son as part of his Christmas gift.

Zone Fitness is leaving people in debt , i lost my job in 2021 and i requested that they cancel my gym membership they told me they can only freeze it then i asked them to continue freezing it until i get a job , however i only found out that they never froze it and they continued deducting money from my account and the account was now in arrears and i even provided proof of my retrenchment and they told me it wont help we will just handover your account to the debt collectors. And i started receiving calls from the debt collectors saying i owe +R7K of which i must say the consultants signing people at the zone fitness in kraaifontein do not explain everything properly that time i signed up i didn"t even know the duration of the contract i signed up for she even told me i can cancel anytime , also i thought it was month to month ..only for me to find out its 2 years . please dont lie to people just to sign them up now im sitting with a debt for a gym ,i havent even used the facilities and yet i must pay .. that is really unfair

I visited Zone Fitness Rondebosch as a guest with my partner during their advertised “Buddy Thursdays.” Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing from the moment we arrived. At the front desk, I received poor service and was immediately bombarded with prices and membership options. I clearly explained multiple times that this was my first visit to the gym and that I had no prior experience with Zone Fitness. I was not prepared to complete forms or sign up for a membership on the spot, yet this was not respected. Despite being a guest, I was refused entry and accused of being someone else who had visited the gym the previous week. This accusation felt inappropriate and made me feel racially profiled. Even after staff said they would allow me through the turnstile, I was left standing and waiting while being spoken to in an accusatory and unprofessional manner. No apology was offered. In addition to the poor customer service, the gym equipment appeared outdated. The treadmill I attempted to use lacked proper grip, and the buttons were difficult to press, which could pose a safety risk to members.

I really want to start off with the consultants at ZF. My husband and I joined with a joint contract, however after a while, I decided I no longer wanted a contract, we both went in store, confirmed if I can cancel mine or have it removed from his. This was advised by a consultant, will be done. Months had gone by, I was under the impression that I no longer have an account, until I received a bill stating it's still active, I went into the branch, confronted the consultant that had given incorrect information, Liam. According to the OM, indirectly the consultant is right, no matter the incorrect information given by him. We decided to pay whatever was on the account. Because of bad service and incorrect information from the consultant, when I made the payment, I asked the consultant that was assisting us, does this payment cover both our accounts and he assured me that it was. I probably reconfirmed 4-5 times, until he laughed at me and said yes, my husband was also getting irritated that I was reconfirming. We were now advised that the payment was not for both accounts but only my husbands, AGAIN! AGAIN, ZF messed up, Im in debt because of incorrect information given by the consultant, I have again gone to the branch, confronted and spoke to the consultant and he advised to have the collector contact me I have emailed the collector, because I have over R1000 debt with them and no response to my emails. The consultants are giving incorrect information, just to sign people up and it leads to debt because communication is not transparent. So now, I am left with debt and no response from the collector Jane at Zone Fitness Blue Route mall!
