The service is HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE ALL THE TIME WHEN I GO THERE. CASHIER'S ARE ALWAYS BUSY TALKING VERY LOUD TO EACH OTHER, NO ONE CARES ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS IN FRONT OF THEM AT ALL. LAST NIGHT WAS WORSE WORSE....THERE WAS ONE CASHIER THAT COULDN'T EVEN GREET CUSTOMERS, I WAS TOLD TO WAIT 12 MINS FOR MY ORDER AND IT TOOK ALMOST AN HOUR. COULDN'T BUY ANYTHING ELSE AFTER MY 1ST ORDER WAS PROCESSED BECAUSE TGE MACHINE WASN'T WORKING .. ..GOT HOME AND COULDN'T EVEN EAT HALF OF EHAT I BOUGHT BECAUSE THE WINGS WERE SUPPPPERRRR SALTY, I SENT A COMPLAINT LAST LAST NIGHT, WHICH CAN NOT BE RESOLVED BECAUSE THEY NEED A FULL RECEIPT WITH THE NAME OF THE STORE ON....THIS ONE STAR IS ACTUALLY SUPPOSED TO BE HALF A STAR
I still have not received any communication regarding my parcel
The service is horrible, experiencing bad bad service over and over. I ordered a watch for my daughter, 2 tops and 2 shorts in one order. 1st of all I received an email saying my order was delivered on the 19th of December but I never received the order, then received a call on the 27th December in the morning and the watch was delivered and a 2nd call same morning and I wasn't home so I said they can leave it with the security in my complex like they did with the 1st parcel. I get home past 11 that morning and there is one parcel, I call the last number that called me and the driver was not professional at all, 1. He delivered at the wrong address and later on I find out the address is in Century City and I am in Parklands, I called him back and asked if he can collect it and deliver it to my correct address as I needed that parcel for the birthday that day, he said he won't so I told him I will go and pick it up where delivered it in Century City, on my way there he told me that he took the parcel and it is with him I will find him in Century City, I get there and he doesn't take my calls, texted him, and he answered the last call and just said I must stop calling him. I called the call center and didn't get much help, I still don't have my parcel with me. I emailed bash as RAM the delivery company said Bash need to give them the correct address, I dint get much help from Bash as well. Now I don't know when and how I will get my items that I paid for, Spesihle from Bash is telling me to return the items, how I don't know because I don't have them with me
I am very upset with their driver that is in Century city today, they delivered to the wrong address and when I went to collect there the driver already took the parcel and made me drive around for nothing he is rude and unprofessional
I am very disgusted about the service. No one picks up the phone or the line I ever engaged and no response on emails. I am sitting without internet because they missed my payment I made on the 29th of September. They suspended my wifi because of their mistake and I'm home and cannot work the whole day. I AM VERY UPSET BECAUSE I AM LOOSING OUT ON A WHOLE DAYS WORK BECAUSE SOMEONE DIDN'T DO THEIR JOB PROPERLY π π π πͺ π
The short guy with glasses, helped me he lied and told mw my tired cannot be repaired i must buy a new one he can give me a deal of R700 and something i told him i didn't have money gor a new tyre and left using my spare wheel, the next day took my car for service when i went to fetch it at Hyundai they put back the tyre i was told was cannot not be repaired and i am still using it today. Women be careful or make sure you go with a man so they don't scam you.
Yvonne assisted me this morning I wanted to change my debit date. I left a message late last night for PMD to contact me and I received the call early this morning. Excellent serviceπππππ
I would never recommend......I'm very frustrated with Hyundai Milnerton, they expect me to pay a rental car for a month or more after I took back my car yesterday I bought it in December last year, some pipe in the engine broke and they told me its a manufacturing fault. Why should I spend extra for something that is their fault?? I requested for a courtesy car and they're telling me stories. I don't tell stories when I have to pay my car instalments.....I would understand if I was at fault. The dealer principal is refusing to speak to me.
I would never in my life recommend Hyundai.1St I had aproblem getting the car registration. Secondly the car broke, it was towed in yesterday and they told me a pipe burst and its a manufacturing fault. Now they are refusing to give me a courtesy car. They tell me it might take a month or more to fix it because they need to order the part...One its their fault...the car is not even one year. Two I should pay AVIS car rental if I need a car....I'm paying my instalments every month and now I should spend more this month because of their fault. I am very frustrated.
