Worst experience, I app**** and scheduled for 8:00 no one showed up I didn’t go to work because of the appointment They came at 9. Did the installation finished at 12:00. I called many times and stayed in the for 15-20 mins just to get hold of someone to activate internet because I needed to work. From 12:28 to 16:40 calling this company and they got someone they said they can’t help because people knocked off !!! I wasted my day and wasted my money calling and put transferred and put on hold for soo long without assistance Even now I don’t internet.i am very frustrated and angry because 1 simple thing couldn’t be done. What an experience very horrible!!!!

The customer service is terrible. I requested a line downgrade from 100 to 50 Mbs after I had paid for the fully 100 line for December. I assumed it would be processed for January, given that December had been paid for already. Since the line was downgraded on the first of December, I assumed that I would get credited, since I paid more than the service rendered to me. I received the new invoice with no credit whatsoever, and now my line has been suspended. I called the account department, and they said that I should speak to someone from sales, and they will tell them if I should be credited or not. What kind of company is this? So no one communicates with each other within the company departments? Weren’t you supposed to update the status of my account as soon as I downgraded to avoid such from happening? I still have to go from pillar to post and have my call answered by an answering machine because no agent is available to take my call?

The service is very poor, no reply, no communication whatsoever. I currently canceled my previous ISP thinking NewCo Fibre is the real deal. I paid installation fee, but they are not communicating at all. Useless. I need my refund.

We have been without WiFi since Saturday and NewCo Fibre keeps failing to fix the issue. This is not the first time we are experiencing the same problem, and there is never any proper communication or SMS updates.

A accurate review not just emotions. it cant handle whatsapp calls Every weekend it has no internet. Every weekend. Heavy internet spikes dip during peak hours and plenty of packloss(as in freezes even on YouTube). You can’t get any response within 24hours and the call center drops your call after every 5min. I have the same problem every month. I make my payment on time however my services are always disconnected. Yesterday I called and I was promised immediate reactivation however nothing has happened and I called today and rude agent who answered my call refused to transfer me to a manager because I am beyond frustrated with this. I have kids studying for matric finals and without internet they have to travel around for internet which is another expense. Don't use this company when you have people at home during the day because it only focuses on taking your money and never giving a service a government attitude in the private sector.

NewCo has such bad service ever. My WiFi is down, had an account with them, so I had renovations done in the house and had to move out and did not pay for Fibre. Once all was done I tried to reconnect it and was informed to go through sales and start over as my account was terminated. I have done that, paid the fee they invoiced me, but since 30 July to date nothing has happened. I call and they promise to call me back and they don't. I call every single day mara nothing happens. It is the 20th of August. Nothing happened. I don't know if I should get a refund and try another service provider. I am so dissapointed. One dtime I call and got such a rude consultant.
