NewCo Fibre

No Service, No Support, Avoid If You Have a Choice
I have been a Newco Fibre customer for 3 years, and unfortunately, it hasn’t been by choice. The complex I live in only allows Newco Fibre, so I’ve essentially been stuck with this ISP. The service is extremely unreliable, with frequent outages and little to no communication when things go wrong. Right now, the WiFi has been down again, and to make matters worse, their support line is completely unavailable. There is no way to get assistance. This is unacceptable. Customers are expected to pay every month without fail, yet when the service is down or support is needed, there is silence. It feels like residents in complexes like ours are taken advantage of because we don’t have alternative providers. After 3 years of dealing with this, I can honestly say the service has been consistently poor and very frustrating. This level of service is unprofessional and disappointing. I would strongly advise anyone especially those moving into complexes with limited ISP options to think twice.
