I insured by phone but the brand name was spelled incorrectly, I then call back, then Ntuthuko Yika assisted me quickly.

Poorest service
The service is very poor, no reply, no communication whatsoever. I currently canceled my previous ISP thinking NewCo Fibre is the real deal. I paid installation fee, but they are not communicating at all. Useless. I need my refund.

I would like to write a review about MiWay Insurance. Kamogelo Modise assisted me with adding an extra vehicle to my policy. I managed to save more than R300 from what I was paying. His services are very good and I wouldn't hesitate to rate him 10/10. 😃 Thank you. Aubrey Mashatola
