We have been without WiFi since Saturday and NewCo Fibre keeps failing to fix the issue. This is not the first time we are experiencing the same problem, and there is never any proper communication or SMS updates.
I am extremely disappointed with Isabella Garcia’s ********* business practices. I have been trying to cancel my subscription for weeks, sending multiple emails and making several calls. Every time, I am met with false promises that someone will "call me back"—yet no one does. This morning, I received an SMS stating that Nokuthula would contact me to assist with my cancellation. That call never came, but guess what? They still went ahead and debited my account—BEFORE the agreed-upon date! To make matters worse, I have not even received any products from them, yet they continue to take money from my account. This is nothing short of *****. They are deliberately making it difficult to cancel while taking unauthorized payments. I demand an immediate refund and written confirmation that my subscription is canceled. If this is not resolved, I will take legal action and report them to consumer protection authorities. I strongly warn others to be careful before signing up with Isabella Garcia. Their customer service is non-existent, their financial practices are highly questionable, and they are taking money without delivering products.
