I bought a used Toyota Hilux SRX at Audi Centre Hatfield in May 2024, As usual I did my checks and discovered that the car never serviced. I pointed this out to the sales person Kristof, He keeps on saying the parts are ordered, Toyota parts are widely available and it is not like they are ordered overseas, the guy is just not taking me serious and he is always defensive. The car aso didn't come with a spare wheel holder underneath,he keeps on saying he has ordered the parts, I pointed also that the wipers needed replacement, again his usual story - ordered the parts, He is treating me like a dirt this guy now that he made a successful sale he doesn't give a ****it about me. He started to ignore my WhatsApp messages because he got money while I'm left with a nonsense car
Don't do business with these scammers, I learnt the hard way during my 24 months subscription on explorer decoder, they struggle to get their billings in order, they will out of the blue slap you with an arrear account indicating that you haven't make payments yet they have been consistently deducting your account without fail, you then have to submit proof to them showing such as bank statements showing that they have actually been receiving your payments . Once you are done with your two year contract ( subscription) they will not just let it go, they will still put theirs claws on your account talking about so called"RescueBox" Which is an another contract unilaterally imposed on you without your approval even if you told them that your 24 months subscription is done and dusted You will just receive SMS saying that they will debit your account for such stupid so called "RescueBox" . You have to fight with them to remove these "claws" that they forcefully want to impose. This company is such a **** indeed ☺️😬🥶🤮🤮
ABSOLUTE PATHETIC SERVICE FROM MORGEN ARMOED OF WHITFIELDS I sold my Unit in September 2021.The unit is in a complex which is managed by Whitfields, the transfer took place 10 January 2022 and there is still overpayment on levy clearance which is due to myself as a seller, I submitted a refund form to this so called Morgen Armoed at Whitfields as requested. I have been communicating with this so called Morgen Armoed from Whitfields who has been been giving a run around failing to process my refund, all he do is to give me a silent treatment not responding to my e-mails .I also involved my transferring attorneys to assist but they also get silent treatment from this Morgen Armoed. He is very unprofessional and I have no idea as to why he behaving like that. All I wanted was my refund and that's all.
This stupid people on more than several occasions told them I don't need Value Added Services to my contract but my plea fell on deaf ears as they continued to make debits on my account totalling more than R300, When I query they refer me to their Support Department, when I contact their Support Department, they refer me to their Billing Department, then their Billing Department refer me back to Support Department , they toss me around like a tennis ball yet they fail to resolve my query and continued to make unauthorized debits on my account. They are committing theft actually and I want to involve Police to assist me in handling my query for good. I hate this Onairtv with passion and I dont advise anyone out there to do business with them, they are all stupids at Onairtv, I really hate them with all of my heart,
After I have been a loyal customer of Vodacom for many years, I was recently treated like trash by Vodacom. I phoned Vodacom recently trying to cancel my contract but I was in hooror when I was advisee my contract expires 2023. In 2020 I enquired with Vodacom as to why I'm paying so much on my account, the lady I spoke to gave me an alternative package and assured me that it was not a contract or an upgrade , and I took the package as it was affordable to me and advised me my inital contract ends in January 2021, now when I phone in January trying to cancel the contract, that is when I became so surprised , I then realized that that lady I spoke to in 2020 actually lied to me , she actually put an upgrade on my contract and extended it to 2023. Why are companies taking so advantage of customers especially when you talk to them over the phone? This is madness and I want Vodacom to inveatigate every call I had with them from September 2020 towards October 2020 . They lied to me in order to keep me on a stupid contract I cannot afford. That really heartless
I have been on thoats with this company , they debited my account twice on subscription fees and also not on agreed dates and also debiting unauthorized subscriptions which I initially cancelled, that is theft in actual fact, they gave me some lame excuses . Instead of checking their accounts records they want me to provide my bank statements, I however provided tge statements but still I'm not getting any respond
