BAD SEVICE FROM AUDI

My audi A4 TFSI quattro is at Audi Centre Middelburg since Wednesday 5th October 2022. The Audi doesnt start. The agent can't get back to me with a solution . I tried numerous times the get hold of service advisor. They dont get back to me. This is bad service for Audi . They are suppose to keep the client informed at all times. I need URGENTLY feedback by Monday 10th of October by 11 o'clock
