Welcome ******* me into signing the contract at home on the evening and not in the garage with him, I was trading in my car BMW due to financial problems. I wanted a small car and pay R3500 (73 months) or less as I was paying R4300 for the BMW,he said I will pay less for a very old polo vivo that was involved in an accident. He negotiated that I pay R3700 something in 84 months, and hid it from me. I ended up surrendering the car as it was a *******, and had to pay the remaining R75000 to the bank.

I have purchased a car from this dealership a white F30 BMW, Part of the ROA i have signed stipulated that the delareship will be liable for any cost should the vehicle get a breakdown within 30 Days, a week later after the purchase the car started showing a Drive train warning light, I took the car to BMW Polokwane they did a key read and it was discovered that the car turbo had died and the fuel system also which resulted to the car losing power and not performing as it should, i took the information from the key read from BMW and send it to the Dealership through sales executive that assisted me Vuyisiwe Mabhena and he refered me to his manager George Van Der Merwe which outright without scrutinising the information provided rejected our claim and even flexed muscles by saying we can go where ever we want to Bidvest has power theres nothing we can do All i need is advice as to who should we approach and where should we go if a dealership is committing this kind of crimes against consumers simply because they are BIDVEST

Hi all I would like to share bad experience with Audi Middelburg service department. I bought my Audi a3 sedan in December 2019 and it came with maintenance plan for 5years/ 100 000km which ever one comes first. I am currently in the last year with 85000km on the clock. I am extremely dissatisfied with the workmanship at the workshop. It all started when the vehicle for service, can’t remember the year, and it came back with oil leaks underneath the engine. I took it back and the feedback was that the oil leak was from the sump plug which was bad quality. The leaks continued, so I took it back and I was told it’s from the gear box. I was extremely frustrated at the point for bringing the car back more than once for the same problem as Audi was wasting my time and inconveniencing me since I did not have a car everytime I had to bring the car in. They borrowed me a curtesy car, for a few days while they were attending to the leak from the gearbox. A few months when the vehicle came back from the dealership I started experiencing failure on my air conditioner. I have taken the vehicle two time for the aircon since last and now it’s not working again. I am using the vehicle everyday and I have to take leave everytime just to experience the same problem again few months later. Not to mention that I also to it more than once for a faulty battery which the refused to change at first because they said I tempered with the terminals. Anyway they ended up changing the battery because the allegations were invalid. I have escalated the matter to Audi South Africa but I am not happy with the response. Lastly my vehicle came back with a dent from Audi when I took it for air conditioning repairs last month. I have asked Audi Middelburg more than a month ago and Audi SA more than a week ago to Repair the dent and the air conditioning and provide me with a vehicle I can use, since the fault and negligence on their side and I have not received help from the dealership since I have informed them about my problems. To make matter worse, the service consultant from Audi Middelburg informed me that they do not have a technician at Audi, who is cable of addressing the air conditioning problem but, never mentioned the issue of resource initially when the problem of the air conditioner started. Please assist. Kind Regards, Moses George Mnguni

Agreed on a amount to purchase a vehicle with one of their sales executive. Finance processed and approved. Sales executive comes back and advises vehicle was listed at incorrect price after all approvals confirmed. Requested to speak to the sales manager, advises vehicle is not on their floor. (How do you process a finance application for vehicle allegedly not in your possession?) Emails sent with all proof of listed pricing before finance application - no response Sales managers returns call after two days - states the vehicle I was approved for is now sold, however the very same listing with the same website URL exists for the vehicle with the changed sale price Requested a call from the dealer principal - no response to date

I HAVE BOUGHT A USED VEHICLE FROM THEM, THERE IS FAULTS ON THE FRONT BRAKES ON THIS VEHICLE AND THEY REFUSE TO REPLACE BRAKE PADS AND DISCS ON THIS VEHICLE. I HAVE COMPLAINED NUMEROUS TIMES TO THE DP AND THE SALES MANAGER, BUT NOTHING GETS DONE.
