Worst service I have ever experienced! Audi Centre Durban is a complete disaster—don’t waste your time or money here. I’ve been trying to book my car in since 25 April 2024 (that’s 218 days) with absolutely no success! I emailed the manager to address my complaints, and guess what? No response—not even once.
I was told to speak to someone named Jenifer, who is apparently never at her desk. On the rare occasions she picks up the phone, she promises to call back but never does. This branch is beyond ***********, and it’s clear they don’t care about their customers. Avoid this place like the plague! Shocking service for a so-called premium brand.
