I'm devastated, fuming and I will NEVER take my car there ever again because of the terrible experience I had with them.
My car was due for oil change, I called to enquiry about how much it will cost to change oil and they said R3800. 02 February 2023 took my car to Audi centre West Rand, After the service was done, Lebogang Makhudu service advisor said the money that was due for me to pay was R10113.80. I paid and did my own investigation with few other audi on how much they charge with the same services I did Audi West Rand. There were all way lesser from what I was Charged. I did a query with them.
She called back to say she was sorry, she made a mistake amount. Lebo said Audi Centre West Rand will refund me R4000 and something. She asked me to send the ID copy and bank statement, which I did on the 27th FEB 2023. They were quiet for some time, I escalated the matter to the manager. I spoke to Leon her manager which he also admitted that there is a refund due to me but he gave me a different amount R6250.00. He said the amount I was supposed to pay is R3800. He asked me to forward the ID copy and Bank statement and I did that. The time went on without me hearing anything from them.
I decided to do a follow up contacted Audi Centre West Rand on 6th March 2023 but I could not get hold of the manager because he was busy. I left several messages but he did not contact me back. On the 7th I did a follow up again, I got hold of Leon. He said the money should have been paid to my account longtime, He said he will check with the finance department and give me the feedback and he did not. On the 8th March I called him again, he said the refund was processed the previous day, waiting period is 3days. The 14th March 2023 made a called to Audi Leon was not in, I asked Mbali to transferred my call to anyone that can assist me. The call was transferred to Marcia that Mbali said she deals with refunds.
I explained to Marcia about my matter, to my surprised she said she didn't know anything about my refund. She promised to do a follow up and get back to me when she has answers. 3 hours later I called her to find out about her findings, She said the manager is on training the whole week they spoke. They had spoken over the phone Leon the manager gave her an amount of R6250 and Lebogang gave her the amount of R4000. She couldn't process the payment of my refund because she doesn't have anything in writing. She said she is waiting for Leon to pass at their offices this morning. So I am still waiting on them to tell me a way forward.
This is so frustrating, I feel that their unprofessionalism is costing me, as i have to keep on calling for them to action and it is also a time consuming. They don't have customer orientation.. Audi centre West RAND is not taking my matter serious. I feel like i have been scammed!!!!!!
