Recently bought a car with dealer, first thing the wipers we're finished informed my sales person_Tlotliso Mosae who promised to sort the problem and never did, within 1 month car already giving problems, when you report the issues they don't respond to emails, you can't get hold of the Sales Manager and when you do they always investigating the matter with no feedback. I have been trying to get assistance from them for months and now I am paying for a car that I can't use as it needs an engine replacement. To make the matter worse the top of the range warranty which was sold to by my sales person can't cover the cost of the damage's. I am tired of the poor customer service and the treatment you get very time you make follow ups. My vehicle has been sitting at the dealership for two months and the sales person Kagiso Maphaga and Dealer Principal tell me they can't assist me with my problem. This is the worse experience I have ever encountered, I am disgusted and disappointed on how is it possible that the dealer did not pick up on this before selling the vehicle! I will never recommend this dealership to anyone!

I'm devastated, fuming and I will NEVER take my car there ever again because of the terrible experience I had with them. My car was due for oil change, I called to enquiry about how much it will cost to change oil and they said R3800. 02 February 2023 took my car to Audi centre West Rand, After the service was done, Lebogang Makhudu service advisor said the money that was due for me to pay was R10113.80. I paid and did my own investigation with few other audi on how much they charge with the same services I did Audi West Rand. There were all way lesser from what I was Charged. I did a query with them. She called back to say she was sorry, she made a mistake amount. Lebo said Audi Centre West Rand will refund me R4000 and something. She asked me to send the ID copy and bank statement, which I did on the 27th FEB 2023. They were quiet for some time, I escalated the matter to the manager. I spoke to Leon her manager which he also admitted that there is a refund due to me but he gave me a different amount R6250.00. He said the amount I was supposed to pay is R3800. He asked me to forward the ID copy and Bank statement and I did that. The time went on without me hearing anything from them. I decided to do a follow up contacted Audi Centre West Rand on 6th March 2023 but I could not get hold of the manager because he was busy. I left several messages but he did not contact me back. On the 7th I did a follow up again, I got hold of Leon. He said the money should have been paid to my account longtime, He said he will check with the finance department and give me the feedback and he did not. On the 8th March I called him again, he said the refund was processed the previous day, waiting period is 3days. The 14th March 2023 made a called to Audi Leon was not in, I asked Mbali to transferred my call to anyone that can assist me. The call was transferred to Marcia that Mbali said she deals with refunds. I explained to Marcia about my matter, to my surprised she said she didn't know anything about my refund. She promised to do a follow up and get back to me when she has answers. 3 hours later I called her to find out about her findings, She said the manager is on training the whole week they spoke. They had spoken over the phone Leon the manager gave her an amount of R6250 and Lebogang gave her the amount of R4000. She couldn't process the payment of my refund because she doesn't have anything in writing. She said she is waiting for Leon to pass at their offices this morning. So I am still waiting on them to tell me a way forward. This is so frustrating, I feel that their unprofessionalism is costing me, as i have to keep on calling for them to action and it is also a time consuming. They don't have customer orientation.. Audi centre West RAND is not taking my matter serious. I feel like i have been scammed!!!!!!

I Took my Audi A3 In for gearbox malfunction, where the Invoice came as: Repair Mechatronic and Replaced Clutch. which was paid in full on (07-10-2022). the Gearbox was "repaired", with one year warranty. The car came back and i drove for at least 4783km (one Month), and it gave the same Gearbox malfunction error, i took the car back as a returned job, i was invoiced the replacement of clutch of which i paid in full (14-12-2022). Then i discovered that the clutch was replaced on the first invoice, i then requested for refund on (25-01-2023) for the second invoice, which they are refusing to grant me.

Don't bother responding to any of the Audi Wesrand adverts on Autotrader, you wont receive any response. I can't understand why people spent money advertising and ignore enquiries. Shocking service but luckily there are many other willing car dealers.

Purchased a towbar as optional extra with my 2021 Audi Q3, we are going for 4 weeks and nothing installed yet - just getting the runaround "Someone will Phone Me" Won't recommend doing business with this dealership

I just want to share the horrible service that I received from AUDI WESRAND MANAGEMENT (LOUIS NORTJE AND LEBOGANG MAGATWE) I must say this two gentlemen are a joke. I purchased a bakkie at AUDI WESTRAND early last months few things was supposed to be done on the vehicle such as tyres, tracker, smash and grab, wheel alignment and registration, none of this things are done I have been calling the dealership to follow up but still I still have not received anything only tracker was done because is the outside company. I waited until the temporary permit expired, two days before I called the sales person to let him know that the permit will expire on the 31/03/21, then he told me that the lady my the name of SUSAN OR SUZAN will sort it out, on the 29/03/21 I called the lady to follow up on the registration papers then she promised that I will g receive them the following day (30/03/21) on that day still no communication and registration papers, on the 31/03/21 the day the permit is expiring I called to follow up, the lady SUSAN was avoiding my calls when I ask the reception to put me through to the management I was put on hold for more half an hour, I phoned the dealership more than 10 times to speak to one of the mangers but I was just put on hold until the phone cuts. Then I managed to get hold of the 'DEALER PRINCIPAL'S (LOUIS NORTJE) email address and cell phone number. I sent him a mail letting him know what's happening and if he could assist to resolve the matter, HE IGNORED MY MAIL, then I sent him a follow up mail in the morning by that time my car does not have a disc or a permit to drive legally on the road. He replayed with a rather RUDE mail. Then things got more interesting, his response was 'THE MATTER WAS ESCALATED TO LEBOGANG he then said I MUST NOT TREAT HIM AS HE ATTENDS TO ALL MATERS" But I'm still sitting with the car that is not roadworthy but he claims that he attends to all matters. I decided to call him so that we can have a civil conversation and resolve this matter, again being RUDE as he is when I introduce myself on the phone he started attacking me verbally, things got worse when another funny character got involved (Lebogang). While I was talking with LOUIS on the phone, without him saying PLEASE HOLD FOR LEBOGANG TO ASSIST I just I heard A VERRY ARROGARNT PERSON INTRODUCING HIMSELF AS LEBOGANG, then I was surprised because I was with LOUIS on the phone now a different voice? So who's cell phone did I call LEBOGANG'S cell or LOUIS? Then this ARROGANT AND RUDE LEBOGANG MOGATWE started telling about his profession that he is the departmental manager and questioning me. The thing is so RUDE AND ARROGANT he couldn't even hear himself talking. Now I'm asking myself to how did the phone got from LOUIS TO LEBOGANG? Who is the DEALER PRINCIPAL AT THAT DEALERSHIP? LEBOGANG OR LOUIS? Because it looks like LEBOGANG is running the show if he can grab a phone from his DP while the DP is speaking to the client, the he is the boss or LOUIS AS RUDE AS HE IS HE JUST GAVE HIM THE PHONE AS HE DOESNT WANT TO SPEAK OR RESOLVE MATTAERS. This LEBOGANG guy tell me that he doesn't want to entertain this while my car that I bought from them is not roadworthy and he still have the nerve to tell me as a concern client THAT HE DOESNT WANT TO ENTERTAIN THIS ISSUE HOW FUNNY FOR A 'DEPARTMENTAL MANGER' as he call himself, his management skills and customer service are questionable, and yes he didn't entertain my complain because even now my car still does not have a valid registration. The other question that I have is HOW DID MY CAR GO THROUGH ROADWORTH WITH FINISHED TYRES HOW DID THEY GET THE CERTIFICATE? because I took the car to another testing center and I was told that roadworthy is done but they don't understand how because the rear tyres are finished, I really want to find out from who ever the DP OR ' DEPARTMENTAL MANAGER' is at that place because LOUIS ACTS like a sales manger and LEBOGANG AS A DP. So I'm escalating this matter to AUDI AND BIDVEST MACARTHY so my next review will be the feedback from the seniors, hopefully I will find the relevant people to assist. I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE TO PURSHASE A CAR FROM THAT DEALER SHIP AND TRUST THEM WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL DO SOME OTHER STUFF AFTER YOU TAKE THE CAR, WILL STRUGGLE TO GET STUFF SORTED YOU WILL BE SPOKEN TO AS IF YOU ARE STUPIT OR 10 YEAR OLD. Since buying my Audi Q3 I complained that the back flap keeps hooking off and rolling up. Every time it was mentioned at the services and other software updates. Was always said to be nothing. Now that the brackets broke off and will cost R7000 to fix now it's said it does not fall under the warranty. Why then for three years tell lies that nothing is wrong or nothing can be done?
