Dissatisfied
Very disappointed! On Friday 16 September 2022 walked in family of 4, just after 8:30pm and we waited over 45mins for our order ! Yet the delivery guys kept walking in and out non stop! What a poor service from kitchen and food came out cold and dissatisfying!

Management dissatisfaction
@CCinemaXSA tried century Cinemax at north gate mall, movie pricing fair, great variety of imported snacks but very expensive! Movies theater comfortable and cosy! Only disappointment was staff, but not their fault, lack of proper training , blame inexperienced management

MBD bully
The anxiety this company causes me on a monthly basis is unbelievable! The unnecessary bombardment of phones that could be done via email! The insistence by a guy called Omari ( not sure if pronunciation is right with spelling) to point I explain his voice and tone of voice is demanding unkind and forceful! Demanding rude, uses words like “ we demand “ you must “ and clearly stated he will call non stop because every call he makes I get charged! Hence they MBD will not use email as a contact ! The current climate is SA requires loads of patience and understanding from service providers and agencies acting as 3rd parties on behalf of client ! Surly the current mood and financial situation in SA requires some kind of compassion when dealing with customers, why does MBD guy Omari operate like a loan shark !

Daylight robbery
Worst experience after 2 years missing the big screen! Customer service bad, overpriced movie tickets! Overpriced snacks and dry overpriced popcorn stuffed in a noisy paper bag , who’s brilliant idea was that ? A noisy paper in a movie theater? A family of 4 total costs R1200 🚩🚩🚩😳🤬😳🤬🤬🤬🤬 never again will I use your movie house! Many options thanks !

Horrible service agents
These people harassing me non stop monthly with phone calls even though payments are made on time, scare tactics to increase payments and phones that has negative impact on metal health and stressful situations!!! They refuse to work via email ! Insist on phones monthly even though account is paid on time !!!

Why buy cars brilliant
Since the pandemic hit, I have been using why buy cars service , it’s been over 2 years and it’s the best move I’ve made, to a point I am even delaying buying my own car, it’s just so carefree, just pay monthly and drive carefree … love it ! Thank you woodford car hire and why buy cars excellent product and service ! Justice at OR Tambo airport branch takes good care of me, we now even friends …
