Poor Customer Service
Purchased a towbar as optional extra with my 2021 Audi Q3, we are going for 4 weeks and nothing installed yet - just getting the runaround "Someone will Phone Me" Won't recommend doing business with this dealership

Very bad customer service at Scoin Shop
Extremely poor customer service after selling/exchanging coins. When I traded my Kruger Rands, I was told payment will take between 7 and 10 days. Already on day 14, still no payment. If you query the shop (Sandton), they refer you to Sandra at Head office - Leaving a hole bunch of messages and calling, never available to takes your calls and never return your calls. When you do get hold of someone, they have the attitude that they are doing you a favour. I wonder how much interest fees they rake in due to customer late payments? - I can only advise from my experience not to trade coins with this company
