Needed Audi assist to help start my Audi. Phoned the number on the website pressed the button. Then waited and then line cuts out. Phoned Audi Sandton as I'm 3km away from them. Went to general enquiries then was told will be transferred. Lovely speech how great Audi is. Then call gets cut. So went to the chat option on Audi via my phone. Took ten times to verify I'm not a robot. Then eventually got to chat to an agent said car out of warranty and will be cash assistance. I am fine with that. Was told will be contacted. Half an hour later still nothing.
********* behaviour. Demanding money on a weekend without sending an invoice.
I was offered a new deal to safe costs by having my LTE landline converted to a separate sim as land line and separate for internet as I needed a faster internet connection. Everything was done, a new router delivered with Sim card. NO internet. A week later internet for two days then again NO internet. I asked that they come collect the router and their sim card as it falls within my right to cancel the service. I eventually got a response back that no router or sim was ordered or delivered???? Now I have the router without internet, put back in the box and awaiting Telkom to collect. Now I have no landline either for who knows what reason. Trying to get hold of anyone is impossible. And if I want to go in store, I got told I can only go to the store in the Mall of Africa no other shops will assist.
Utterly poor service. Refuse to answer questions, refuse to respond to emails. Promised a senior manager will phone. All empty promises. Disgusting. Why pay to have a personal banker if he decides to ignore you. I guess Investec is like any other financial institution, you just a number for them, claim to have your needs first but in the end, that means nothing.
ordered two treadmils on special. All paid for and approved. Then one of the treadmills get cancelled no reason given. Asked for a reason, no reason given. Needed both so had to ask that the other one get cancelled. I then decided to just make sure that there is actually a stock issue... There is no issue as the product is still available but at a higher price. Takealot is trying to de***** people by cancelling cheaper deals so that you forced to buy the more expensive same product.
Harassment on harassment. One person admitted they made a mistake but still they harass for service they did not provide. I will be paying them to F*** off and never contact me again. They will also get an account for the hours they wasted of my time phoning them emailing them to try and resolve their mistake. Please do not ever trust them as they are ********* in their business.
Just a follow up. Cell C provided proof they cancelled the line one on 4 November 2022. So Cool Ideas having the line since October very unlikely. Cool Ideas also at first said no cancellation notice was given, in an email. Then in another emails says cancellation notice was received and service terminated 31 December 2022. Again odd that the emails do not match up. Per telephone the line was activated for at least ten months and they will want compensation for that and billing can be behind for as long as ten months or later. Questioning anything and the only response is as per the terms and conditions. Then ask which body to complain to they said ICASA they said not their jurisdiction. So if Cool Ideas cannot give accurate information or want to go debt collecting route then the consumer council will have to intervene and or the high Court.
In regards to the phone call received today from Cool Ideas, I am writing to say that this is harassment and that your company admits that there can be billing delays for ten months, it must be clearly stated. Also if Cool Ideas sends and email stating that they only got the activation in October but via the phone call stated it was ten months ago, I am not sure who to believe from the same company. Can you clarify who is actually telling the truth at your company. Legal advise will be taken as Cool Ideas also insinuated that I was lying about canceling the so called contract, but when sent proof the line was released immediately. Also during the month of November Cell C sent proof of still having run the line. Cool Ideas are contradicting themselves numerous times.
This is an extract of he email Cool Ideas sent to intimidate and force payment. The line they claimed they serviced was actually still done by another ISP, From January to October 2022 nothing as done no billing. Then now all of a sudden I start getting an account from them and the other ISP. The other ISP has given me a confirmation letter that they still in fact held access to the line and not Cool Ideas. "Kindly note we have not received a cancellation ever since you applied with us a year ago . This is our final demand for settlement of your account. We subscribe to Accountability, a service that reports defaulted payments to the Credit Bureaus" This is when I already emailed Cool Ideas to tell them to leave me alone as they too unethical to work with. Still now threatening to hand me over.... Just a reminder that 03/11/2022 5:0pm an email was sent to cancel everything as I did not want to work with an unethical company.
Claim to be the ISP for a line but Cell C also claims it is their line. Wanted to switch over in January February to Cool Ideas but got a final demand in October for non payment. Apparently they only took over the line in October, now they demanding money while Cell C is still deducting for the same line... Fraudulent unethical service
