AUDICO - better stay away !! Esp. if you need loudspeakers ...

In June this year I ordered a pair of Monitor Audio speakers from Audico and paid immediately. At first, the speakers were available, then I had to wait for a delivery from the UK, and then they were supposedly no longer in production !!! After that, there was at least some email correspondence by Kenny Karsten (Sales), but NO solution - it came not even close to a solution .... Now, more than 4,5 months have passed, and neither SALES nor CUSTOMER SERVICE did respond to my emails or calls !!! NO product, NO loudspeakers, and NO refund. Deplorable behavior and a truly terrible company. My only advice: Stay away from Audico.
