Scam

<p>Auralei ask people to sign up for a trial for their products on facebook.  Be careful not to respond to the advert or to sign up.  They ask for credit card details for the postage and packaging.  The only problem is that you have not signed up for a trial product but have enetered into a contract to receive monthly products and despite trying to cancell your order they deduct monies off your account.  It seems that they have been doing this worldwide to customers and that it is impossible to cancell orders or get your money refunded.  Their call cente is most unhelpful and despite confirming the cancellation of orders in writing they still continue to deduct monies of your account.  Got to wonder about the quality of their products if the only way the can sell it is to scam people into monthly deliveries. </p>
