Messy service/ bad attitude

Sent my car for service, they told me I needed to pay them to do a thorough check, after they gave the price, after they said said I must pay them for something they didn’t see, I paid, after they said I must pay for a water coolant, which was fine a broken pipe to the radiator , big dent in my bonnet
