MINI sale without service and shortcomings

MINI Countryman from Auric in Dec 2017. just a month later service was to be made. salesman confirmed by signing the deal that service will benew-it was not! fuel injection broken from first day- but they do not feel responsible. They selling me a car with shortcomings by knowing it. My last car from this dealer !! Can not believe that a official MINI BMW dealer is doing in such a way business.
