Never, ever, have I had such shocking service for a simple TV installation! Installed TV into new property, including setting up the dual view for one TV in Bedroom 1 and then setting up another TV in the lounge and in Bedroom 2 on Thursday 23rd May. Not a cheap exercise! On the 25th May the TV in the lounge simply would not work and it is the primary decoder so no TV all weekend. Phone them on Monday the 27th and they came out and tell me all the cables need to be replaced from the dish. Why did they not pick this up when they did the installation as they worked with those cables from the dish? Drill a hole, install new cables along the beams and charge another labour fee which is shocking as they should have seen this on the first call. Pay through the nose again! 2 days later, the TV in Bedroom 1 does not work. Was watching a programme and it just went off. Phone the next day and get accused of fiddling with the channels, what part of I WAS WATCHING THE ****** TV AND IT WENT OFF, do you not get! Came out again and tell me I switched the channel! And, tell me, I am lucky to not pay a call out fee. Now, again there is trouble! The TV in 2nd bedroom is not picking up the channel changing etc on the remote as the eye installed is simply not working. I am so sick of this shoddy work and if I call them again, will get more rudeness from him regarding this, and I might add, you dont want to see how they left the wires, old and new, all lying in a mangled mess on the floor, it is an eyesore and no one would be happy with what it looks like. No tidying up done at all and staff who give me serious attitude but I am the one forking out over R2000 for a simple installation that has never worked correctly for more than 3 days!
