Fuzion Pre-Owned Kraaifontein We recently purchased a vehicle from Fuzion Pre-Owned in Kraaifontein. I have only good things to say, it was the best car buying experience of my life. They went out of their way to care of us. Special thanks to Fuzlyn, Tilana and the driver who came out to our home to install the registration plates. Excellent Service - Highly recommend.

I actually don't have words to describe my experience - I was extremely disappointed by the outcome - dealerships like this are the reason people are so hesitant to buy used vehicles. Bad salesmanship - poor customer service and condescending

This letter service as notice of my intended legal and criminal proceedings against Fusion Pre-Owned and Auto Focus and the reason for these actions is based on the following: 1On 16 September 2020 I contracted with the above mentioned companies in the purchase a VW GTI with registration number ……………………. 2.Even before taking possession of the vehicle, it had mechanical issues that was raised with both Fusion Pre-Owned and Auto Focus. 3.In the first two months, I had the vehicle for only 15 days while the rest of the days the vehicles was in the workshop. 4.Further to this, I was forced to spend my own money to fix problems, which I now know was to be covered, by Fusion Pre-Owned and Auto Focus. 5.Fusion Pre-Owned and Auto Focus knowing and intentionally sold mechanically deficient vehicles to me as a client, which was against the Consumer Protection Act. 6.In terms of the Consumer Protection Act, the car dealers are obligated to disclose all known faults. 7.The CPA requires the seller to stand good for a period of six month on their warranty. (Meaning that the cost should have been covered by Fusion Pre-Owned.) 8.Fusion Pre-Owned and Auto Focus dragged my issues with the vehicle to fall outside my six months so that Section 56 of the CPA will not cover me. 9.On 12 November 2020, informed both Fusion Pre-Owned and Auto Focus in writing that I do not want to claim against my warranty 10.On 25 May 2021 after experiencing the same problems as before, I tried to have the car fix with my warranty, this claim was rejected as Auto focus has already claimed against my warranty 11.By submitting a claim on my name without my knowledge and approval Auto Focus and Fusion Pre-owned committed an act of Fraud by 12.Intentionally submitting an unjustifiable claim to gain financial benefit. 13.Fusion Pre-Owned and Auto Focus unethical behaviour causes me to suffer financial loss for a defective product that the sold to me. 14.From the invoice dated 21 September 2020 it is clear that both Fusion Pre-Owned and Auto Focus was aware of the faults on the vehicle on used second hand parts to fix the car.
