We bought a car from Auto Focus in capetown
On the way to Upington the service light came on so we booked a service for the next day where the garage made me aware of the cars condition
The Garage does not want to take back the car and do a full refund , they want me to take the car back and on my expenses they also want to deduct some of the refund amount for kms traveled from cape town to Upington
That all was said through phone conversations.
They were dishonest in the first place about the cars condition, i have not signed the OTP yet or the Delivery document but i did buy the car cash

BOTH FRONT TYRES manufactured the 42 week in 2017 They are 3 years past expiration date

No car can pass road worthy with Oil leaks , damaged tyres and fluid leaking from the radiator
