Poor cleaning quality, leaving behind dirt, after cleaning. No proper car registration on arrival. They chase payment and rush to give you tag. When leaving car keys they also don't bother to take your contact numbers . They accepted my car at 16h47 took my car keys, they told me to go make a payment quickly. They close at 5pm . When I return no one is available to give me my cars. The tail of my car was not cleaned properly. Call their number no one is answering. Lack of customer service. They are heartless. SHIELD CAR WASH Process is the best. Their registration is proper. They.are contactable. I am so DISSAPOINTED. I should have checked the reviews first.

Lemon tree Auto Image This carwash used to be good, for the last three months I have said nothing but every time they wash our cars, its appalling how much dirt and marks they leave behind. Today I watched how they had to get staff to fix dirty marks on our two cars and at least 3 more vehicles. I will find another car wash, I don't have time to walk around and show them how to clean, its there business not mine

On 27 October 2023 I visited the car wash at Auto Image Car Wash Lemon Tree for a ‘Wash and Go”. Due to the nature of the wash, I remained seated in the vehicle – Ford Ecosport. At some point after washing commenced, one of your employees called me to show me that the back wiper was broken off completely. I called the supervisor / manager Brian who then assessed the damage, told the staff to complete the wash and informed me later on that as they were responsible for the damage, he will order a new wiper and will be in touch with me. Approximately two week afterwards, on Wednesday the 8th of November, I still have not had any response from Brian and called the car wash at 12:30. I was promised a call back in 10 minutes. At 13:30 I called back and was once again promised a call back which happened shortly afterwards at 13h33. The response was delayed to Thursday when I received a call from Brian at 15h10. I was told that I could bring the car in on Friday morning for the part to be fitted. At the time, Brian did tell me that he will be in all day on Friday. On my arrival at 12h30, Brian and yourself, apparently left for Makro and I was told to return on Saturday for the part to be fitted and for a discussion. On arrival on Saturday morning, my husband and I were shown an invoice of some kind for the wiper to the value of R400 and was told that we had to pay 50%. We find this unacceptable and do not agree that we should contribute whatsoever as the damage was caused by one of the car wash staff members. We told Brian that we do not accept the request and we left the premises with the following arrangement. Should I not receive a call from Brian or yourself by 17h00 on Monday 13 November 2023, I will obtain a quote from a local car repair shop myself and have the wiper fixed with costs to be borne by Auto Image Car Wash. Since this deadline lapsed without Brian contacting me, I obtained a quote as per attachment. I also took initiative and contacted Brian at about 16:50 today informing him about the quote (excl. labour) after which I was told that you would only be in contact next week Tuesday to arrange a meeting. Again I find this unacceptable and unprofessional as this is going into the 4th week after the incident took place at your premises. Unfortunately I have to inform you that, should I be stopped by metro police or should there protrude any subsequent damage to the vehicle by not being able to make use of the back wipers, these costs will be claimed from Auto Image Car Wash. I am therefore asking you to come back to me with an amicable solution as soon as possible. Should I not hear from you by 17:00 on Wednesday 15 November, I take your silence as approval to go ahead fixing the vehicle as per the attached quote in my own capacity. Please note that, in addition to the quoted part as per the attachment, labour costs will be added to the final amount. I find it truly disturbing that we are discussing and delaying on an amount of R400.00 while the quoted part plus labour well exceeds that by far. This matter could have been resolved by now. While I understand that Brian might be busy with his other duties as manager, the way in which the situation was handled is really unprofessional - me having to drive there on multiple occasions without any result and not providing feedback or calling me back when promised.

If you would like to have your car scratch at this car wash then this is the place for you, but I will definitely not recommend them if you don't like having scratches on your car at all. This was the bad experience I had at this car wash! I took my car there for an executive wash on Sunday and when I got home I realised that they scratch a part of my bonnet, and when I contacted them to try and have this rectified they didn't do anything, and just wasted my time, my money and my petrol. They never even offered to try and polish the scratches out. The owner/manager had no interest in trying too resolve my complaint and had the arrogance (probably because I am a woman) to offer me money to go to the newspapers, after which I told him he can't keep his money and services.

Please could i ask you to cancel my valet for my Tata on the 29th of May 2022 To the team that did my Valet on my car!!!!! I am sitting here tonight typing this email to tell you how disappointed i am. When i arrived at 3:30pm you were not finished with my car, the gentleman asked me to leave my car open for the carpets to finish dry, and put a black bag on the seat for me to drive the car home ( which was very thoughtful - thank you) I got home and left my doors open till 8pm Saturday evening, Sunday morning at 6:30am,i went and opened my car again, just to get to my car having it steamed up so much that the water from the roof was dripping. Left my car open till 8pm the evening again, thinking ok my car is dry now, Monday morning i got into my car ( that is stinking) noticing that my loose carpet is not there, calling the store for Van to tell me to check the boot for the loose carpet, which i did, to my shocking to find my loose carpet thrown into the boot while being wet, and then to release that the boot smells the worst, then I lifted my boot cover that got wet from the loose carpet, just to find the bottom of my boot with water and the tyre carpet soaking wet too. So here is where i lost my mind. I would have still be able to handle the fact that the polish wasn't done properly, the window being even more dirty on the inside then how you received it, my car radio display changed (even though i mentioned this to Obriel and was advised that it wouldn't happen again. I don't know why service has become so bad, since the owner that was there before had high standards. I cannot believe that my car is still wet and that you could have made so many mistakes in on vehicle!!!!!! Feels like this was done in purpose
