Great car bad customer service

Thank you for my great car — I’m really happy with the vehicle itself; it’s in excellent condition and drives beautifully.

However, I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. Christo was unable to provide the necessary documents we requested, such as the service record and the vehicle tracking certificate. We have been waiting for weeks, and even after more than two weeks, we still haven’t received them.

It feels as though once payment was made, the dealership lost interest in providing any further customer support. This has been very frustrating and unprofessional.
