Auto Investments Group
Based on recent customer reviews, Auto Investments Group delivers a polarized customer experience across its branches. The Rustenburg and Wonderboom locations earn strong praise, with sales consultants like Leonard Lipholo, Heinrich Viviers, and Wayne highlighted for excellent, effortless service and going the extra mile. However, the Middelburg and Brooklyn branches draw serious criticism for poor after-sales support, unresolved vehicle defects, missing documentation, delayed licensing, and misrepresentation of vehicle condition. These negative experiences have led some customers to consider legal action and actively discourage others from purchasing.

I bought a car last year August 2024 from Auto Investments Rustenburg, I was told my card had a FULL service history by the salesman called Eric. To put in perspective I had to return my car to the dealer (Nissan) nothing less than 7 times for fixes. Then Nissan told me my car missed it's 1st service which now results in my warranty not paying for issues on my car. As time went by Auto Investments had a change of ownership blah blah, nothing to do with me. I told the "New Owner" about the issues where HE said if I have any other issues I can call him directly he will help, coz they don't want to give themself a bad name etc etc All good, the weekend went by had an issue with my A/C, called the guy, no answer, went to the dealership (Auto Investments) 30km from where I live. Owner nowhere to be found, spoken to his partner, who then said he will speak to the owner to get my car fixed - all good. RECEIVED A CALL TODAY WHEREBY THEY SAY I MUST TAKE MY CAR TO NISSAN ADN IT IS NOT THEIR PROBLEM BECAUSE THE CAR WAS SOLD BY THE PREVIOUS OWNERS OF AUTO INVESTMENTS!!!!! I MEAN SERIOUSLY MY MONEY AND PREVIOUS WAS GOOD ENOUGH. THE CAR HAD 0 ISSUES, I NEVER VISISTED A DEALER WITH THAT CAR, AND NOW ALMOST 8 TIMES IN A YEAR???????? BTW the car has 44k on the clock

Bad after service after buying a vehicle at Auto Investments in Middelburg Mp.I am so disappointed by this company..If I knew what I know now I would have never bought a car with them.I have my car for 2 and half months now.But still no Contract..I took the car back 6 times already and every time it comes back with the same problem. The back seat sensor is giving problems .The brake disc was damaged after they changed the tyre and never replaced.Still no spare key and sales contract untill now.I will not refer anyone to buy a vehicle by them .

AUTO INVESTMENTS HATFIELD ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY - STAY AWAY. I was referred to this “reputable” dealership as they only sell full service history, accident free and reliable cars. Here is my story. After consulting with the salesman Andre Botha, who indicated on how Auto Investments Dealers guarantee reliable vehicles due to their meticulous process of acquiring the vehicles, I bought a double cab Ford Ranger bakkie from them, end of April 2025. Non-disclosure and lying about full-service history. The day after I bought the vehicle, I discovered the incomplete service booklet and when calling the salesman, he indicated the vehicle's services are all on the Ford database to which I rep**** that I needed a copy of those services. A week later, enquiring about the number plates, I reminded them of the service record copies. The salesman indicated that there is a problem as nearly 90 000 km has not been documented. I took the vehicle back and indicated I wanted a refund or replacement as I paid R265 000 for a vehicle with a full service record. In addition to the sale, I had to pay for a replacement canopy since the one Auto investments had orchestrated, to make the sale, was in an appalling condition! After several letters to the manager and CEO of Auto Investments, they tried to appease and pacify me by negotiating an extra service to double check the vehicle to try and make up for their *****ulent mistake. I had no other option but to keep the vehicle as they refused to take the vehicle back, so I was forced to keep the vehicle. Apparently they bought the bakkie outside of the Auto Investments pool from a garage in Rustenburg without checking the details. Within the first 30 days of getting the vehicle back, the bakkie left me stranded 3 times. On all three occasions they(Auto Investments) collected the vehicle. First it was a broken starter, then a faulty fuel injector and the third time I do not even know what was the cause, as they indicated the car had no problem. The third time they collected the vehicle, I indicated I will not take it back. I tried letters, meetings and their complaints department to no avail. They did not give me a refund or replacement. The only feedback I received was that I am welcome to take legal action or go to the Ombudsman and I need to collect the vehicle. I definitely did not want a bakkie that has nearly half of the 175 000 km with NO service record. They insisted that they are in the right, because they repaired the faulty parts BUT they cannot repair the service record. Since there was no positive outcome regarding my complaints and I did not want this bakkie after the entire ordeal I was forced to sell the vehicle at a loss. Save yourself a lot of heartache and money, as I lost R 50 000 selling the vehicle with full disclosure on what happened, to a dealership due to the partial history!! Wolves in sheep’s clothing. Thank you, Andre Botha, Hannes Ungerer and most of all the “ethical” Stefan Venter for NOT doing the right thing and making what was supposed to be a very exhilarating and momentous experience, a total disappointing nightmare. I advise you all to stay clear of the "TRANSPARENT" Auto Investments Group!! They definitely do not care about their reputation as you will see their terrible trust index on Hello Peter.
