This is the worst insurance company that I had in my life.It has been from the 13th of February that I have submitted my claim until now today on the 23rd of February that I did not get a response from them.I had my freezer and fridges plugged in to my Bluetti 2200w power station portable inverter that cost us R36000.On the night of the 12th of February there was a power outage and I could not start the generator at midnight due to neighbours that are working the next morning.So when I woke up on the 13th the machine was not working so I submitted a claim by my insurance company Auto & General.The next Thursday on the 19th of February the assessor came to collect the machine and that same day send the report of the machine to the insurance company.Today on the 23rd of February I had to ask them about 9 times to give me a call .The first response was to me that the claim was handed to the management for the review to decide what the outcome of the claim will be.Then a second response to me was that they are still waiting for the report.So my question is who is telling the truth and who is lying?I think it is time for us to move to a new insurance.
Good morning.It is been almost 8 months now since I bought my car from Auto Investments and I am still waiting for the spare key of my car.. Really this is no joke anymore.I have been back at the dealership for how many times and send them messages but to only get a reply we are waiting for it.How can't they get any spare keys if Chery is full of stock?I will never do business with them again.
The worst insurance company.I am waiting for them for 3 days now for them to respond on my claim for my deep freezer.I have more than R5500 of meat and vegetables and lot of other food and stuff .I had to put half of my food in my neighbours deep freezer.Next time if you consider to take out a insurance I would recommend to stay as far as you can away from Auto and General.
Bad after service after buying a vehicle at Auto Investments in Middelburg Mp.I am so disappointed by this company..If I knew what I know now I would have never bought a car with them.I have my car for 2 and half months now.But still no Contract..I took the car back 6 times already and every time it comes back with the same problem.The back seat sensor is giving problems .The brake disc was damaged after they changed the tyre and never replaced.Still no spare key and sales contract untill now.I will not refer anyone to buy a vehicle by them .

This is the worst tracking company that I ever come across. It has been almost 4 months now and still no panic button... The agents promise to follow up or contact you every second day to find out if you received your panic button.. What useless service.. If they can't even deliver a panic button how wold the retrieve your ****** vehicle? Biggest mistake I have ever made is to move to this company.. I should have stayed with car tracker. Please who ever want to join this company don't rather go to car tracker or tracker.. Stay away from Matrix..
This is the worst tracking company any one can do business with.. It is almost 3 months now and I still haven't received my panic button.. The wapp is not even working if I put in my my ID for verification the responses are we can't verify your account.. The app that you download from playstore doesn't even work.. So how do I test the unit? Get help for emergency like a ambulance. No I will cancel my contract with them and rather go back to car track.. So for all the people out there think twice before tacking a tracking a device by this company..

Biggest mistake I have ever made was to switch to this company.. Didn't receive my panic button and struggle with them with payments.. They deducted the amount for the service in Desember from my bank account.. Now they send me a invoice that I'm in arrears.. I should have never changed to them and should have stayed with cartracker. They are breaking the contact not me. Jolene
I would like to say thanks for every agent that have assisted me with my claim. Not only that all of the members at Miway 5hanks for being such a lovely company.. I've been with them for more than 3 years now.. Never had a problem with a claim or a discussion about if it is wize to claim or rather buy new stuff.. I will never change to any other insurance beacuase so many other insurers tried to confince me to switch to them. But the best part is that in this 3 years that I'm with Miway no one not 1 single one of them could beat there price. Thanks to Miway May all of you have a great and happy Christmas month.
