Good morning.It is been almost 8 months now since I bought my car from Auto Investments and I am still waiting for the spare key of my car.. Really this is no joke anymore.I have been back at the dealership for how many times and send them messages but to only get a reply we are waiting for it.How can't they get any spare keys if Chery is full of stock?I will never do business with them again.

What a bad service, and not to mention Pieter Pieterse's customer service...He can't solve a problem, he can't come back to the client with the right facts and paperwork and even less can he talk to a client properly. Shout at a female client and talked her to death, without giving her a chance to speak. There is no communication from him to the client and it's sad to say but Pieter Pieterse's service is poor and I will never ever recommend Auto Investments Middelburg Mall to anyone.

We bought a car from them in March and the vehicle arrived with damage that was not as described . Sent the vehicle in to get quotes and there Dealer Principle agreed to refund a portion of work that was done to the amount of R5000 . It is now May months and we are still waiting for our refund. They don't want to answer my calls.

Bad faith false promises no feedback they told me we had to have a meeting on the 29th of April 2025 to sort out issues with the car and when the day came I ask for a time and I was completely ignored after car came back from having an oil leak and the car still had an oil leak and was in worse condition now the car won’t start and I get no attention from anyone with regards to their car as I do not have the natis papers and licence for the car

I purchased a vehicle cash from the dealership. The sales person assured me the car would be registered in my name and that I would just need to license the vehicle. More than a week after making payment do I receive a envelope with the Natus and dealers proxy pack. Documents are filled in wrong and I cannot regiater or license the vehicle. I have tried contacting the sales person but instead he keeps pishing the issue onto the lady who delivered the car. The service record for the car was also promised to me but I am still waiting. What these people say and what they do are not the same and causes concern. Mit Mak Motors or We Buy Cars might have been a beter choice for me in retrospect.

Bought a Mazda BT50. Showed them what is wrong. They agreed to fix the problems. One of the things was to put the cattle cage back on to the bakkie as advertised. When I came to collect the bakkie I took a look around as one normally does just to make sure everything is in order. I realised they someone had reversed into something. The left side of the rear bumpe was damaged as well as the small reverse light just above the bumper and some of the body paint. The brake light and body paint around that was also dameged when trying to put on the cage. I then showed them and they told me that they would fix that. I also showed them that they had not fixed the faults that I showed them in the firsy place like the wheel alignment. So they told me they would fix everything. I was notified that I can pick up the bakkie it is ready. I myself could not go to pick up the bakkie so my wife went instead. When I got home I saw that they replaced the small reverse light and tried to fix the body paint around it. The brake light still had the scratch on it from when they've fitted the cage. The body paint close to the brake light was fixed. I then took the bakkie for a test drive to see if they did the wheel alignment. It was still not done. I then phoned them and they told me that they won't fix the wheel alignment and also won't replace the brake light that they damaged, which by the way the mechanic told me it was them that scratched the bakkie when fitting the cage. Now it is my problem to fix all of this with my money when they are the ones who damaged the bakkie. I don't think this is fair. Would definitely not recommend buying a vehicle there please consider another dealership.

I bought a car on the 7 January 2021and with my test drive I show them problems the aircon is not working the key is only the sparekey wheel alignment or balance is not correct there is a problem with the exhaust system. They took the car on the 12 January and on the 29th of January they bring it back what a disaster there is a scratch on the lefthand side of the car the car is dirty I they accuse me about the scratch and the alignment is not done there is a bearing in the enjin. Luckily I have a witness to help me with the blame they put on me. After all this I canceled the transaction on the 29th of January 2021. They refuse to give back my deposit of R20 000. I have in total 3 days from 7th to 10th of January of using the car. The Manager of the dealership is not a man of his word.
