HORRIBLE!

My experience with Auto Investments Middelburg has been extremely disappointing and deeply frustrating. I sold my vehicle to them at an agreed price, with the understanding that they would also assist with financing for a new vehicle I was purchasing privately. The transaction was initially concluded based on the first settlement amount. However, due to delays on their side in processing payment, they later requested a “special” settlement figure, which was lower than the original, and proceeded to pay that amount instead. Given that the agreement was finalized based on the initial settlement, it is entirely reasonable that I should be paid the difference between the two amounts (approximately R6,500). Despite this, they have refused to do so and have provided no clear or acceptable explanation. Attempts to resolve the matter in person or through discussion have been met with hostility and unprofessional behavior, including being shouted at. It is extremely concerning that there appears to be no accountability or willingness to address what is, in effect, money owed to a client. I have escalated the matter to their head office, but unfortunately, there has been little to no effort to resolve the issue. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend doing business with this company. The lack of transparency, poor communication, and refusal to honor agreed terms raise serious concerns about their business practices.
