Easy to book. Emails from booking agent and hosts had clear instructions. Queries dealt with quickly and efficiently. Accommodation was as advertised, clean and welcoming, and hosts were excellent. Pet friendly. Will use them again.

After having a bit of a difficult experience about a year ago when our accommodation canceled the day before we were supposed to book into said accommodation close to the Kruger, the swift assistance from the Lekkeslaap team ensured that we still had somewhere to sleep when we got to the area (traveled from PTA to the Kruger). Today after a really bad experience with another platform which won't be named, I can comfortably say that Lekkeslaap is the best option when looking at accommodation options since they actually care to help you, the only sad thing I have to say is that there is no international partners yet. It might never be an option or might be somewhere in the future but this does not change my overall review. I will always use Lekkeslaap when booking in SA

Very bad experience with lekker slaap. We booked a place it was double booked. We asked for alternative dates. Unfortunately none of the dates was working for our group of people that booked the accommodation. After several of months not receiving a refund. And constantly following up on the refund we only get mails back stating that this has been escalated and still waiting on feedback from the account department. After banking statements that have been sent. Still no refund in my account. Still just mails going back and forth back and forth. With the same reply sorry for the inconvenience and we will get back to you. This is really not how a company should treat any one. Still no refund. I am really not happy with this service or this company

Guesthouse owners please skip this one, they are only after your money and don't give a damn! Can the CEO of this company please explain to his employees that their salaries is not paid by the paying guests, but by die guesthouse owners that give up 15% +VAT. Before asking questions they thread you with deactivation.

A place that matches its description and promises. Always helping to make memories. Went to Parys to celebrate a birthday; you made to accommodation memorable and comfortable. What you see on your site is what you get, nothing hidden, gives me peace of mind if I book through Lekkeslaap I know it will be a Lekke time

Travelled to the Eastern Cape and Northern Cape for work and at some point made errors or duplicated travel due to the amount of travel. At some point my colleague and I were caught in a situation where we had no accommodation for the night after work, and for some reason accommodation was hard to find. Lekkeslaap agents made sure they stayed in touch while searching even in the middle of nowhere, where we struggled with network connection. They didn't give up on keeping in touch and kept giving us accommodation options until we found one that was the best suitable under the circumstances. I was sold and will be using their services for travel going forward.
