Ek het 'n resensie gelaat op 'n plek en dit was beperk tot my verblyfervaring en die beskikbaarheid/gehalte van geriewe en diens: die beskrywing het volgens my nie ooreengestem met wat beskikbaar was nie, onder meer ten opsigte van ontbyt/diens op die perseel wat nie beskikbaar was nie maar ingesluit is in die prys, beskikbare drankies (soos aangedui op die oorsig blad), onderdakparkering wat nie beskikbaar was nie en swak waterdruk. In reaksie daarop, het die gasheer se antwoord veel verder gegaan as ’n reaksie op die akkommodasie-ervaring en publiseer ernstige, feitlike bewerings oor my karakter en gedrag. Hierdie bewerings is, na my wete, vals, ongestaaf en reputasieskadelik. Tot dusver kon die gasheer asook julle nog nie bewyse lewer van die ernstige aantuigings nie. Die bewerings gemaak deur die gasheer is eers gemaak meer as 2 weke na ek daar gebly het en my resensie verskyn het. As die bewerings waar was sou die gasheer onmiddelik na ek daar weg was julle ge****ak het en/of 'n saak by die polisie gaan maak het om dit aan te spreek. Volgens julle eie beleid (Bepoalings en Voorwaardes): "Die Maatskappy onderneem om, binne redelike perke, te verseker dat die inligting wat deur akkommodasie-instansies op hierdie webtuiste voorsien word korrek en op datum is." Nadat ek aangedui het dat die oorsig inligting verkeerd is asook die fotos, kies julle om dit te ignoreer en so te los vir die volgende gaste wat in dieselfde strikval gaan trap. Die inligting op die gasheer se blad is nogsteeds verkeerd en julle kies om dit nie reg te stel nie. Gaste gaan onnodig vir geriewe betaal wat nie beskikbaar is nie. Ek het julle die geleentheid gegee om hierdie aan te spreek en julle het versuim om dit te doen. Julle terugvoer is dat “die eienaar se terugvoering aangepas is” los nie die probleem op nie, omdat die kern-aantygings steeds gepubliseer word. Die gasheer het die geleentheid gehad om sy antwoord te wysig, wat nogsteeds feitlik verkeerd is, terwyl ek nie dieselfde geleentheid vergun word nie. Julle interne prosesse is gebrekkig en dit beskerm slegs die gasheer. Hoe kan julle toelaat dat iemand persoonlike aantygings maak wat reputasieskadelik is en nie die kern-aantygings aanspreek nie? Ek staan by my oorspronklike resensie oor die akkommodasie-ervaring en wil hê toekomstige gaste moet op akkurate, verifieerbare inligting kan staatmaak.

I recently booked accommodation in Nelspruit making use of the Lekkeslaap app. I found a nicely discounted 1-bedroom unit in Die Steiltes. It was not clearly indicated in the ad that this accommodation was well inside a townhouse complex (not named in the address), and in fact part of a townhouse occupied by the owners. Our GPS took us to the street address where we came to a halt facing 3 gated townhouse complexes. Could the name of the complex perhaps be included in the physical address of the accommodation, or is there some rule against it? 2. The adverti*****t suggested a 1 bedroomed unit that could sleep 4 guests. This is to my mind a bit of a stretch. This room has been skilfully turned into a below-decks bachelor flat, with a bed plus sleeper couch, kitchenette and a small ablutions section (shower, toilet and basin) behind a shower curtain. We have read some of the guests’ comments, and are sceptical of the assertion that 4 adults could be comfortable in this space for more than an overnight stay. We are 2 single women who are friends and get along fine, but we will in future make very sure that our one-bedroom accommodation does indeed feature a separate bedroom with a door.

Lekkerslaap is 'n baie goeie gevestigde company wat jou so vinnig uithelp as jy op 99 besprekings moet doen en enige ander besprekings. Het hulle al 'n hele paar keer gebruik. Hulle hou jou op hoogte tot op die laatste nippertjie wat ek waardeer. Hulle kom vinnig terug na jou toe as jy enige navrae het. Ek is baie beiindruk met hulle en gebruik hulle gereeld as ek plekkie soek om weg te breek.
