If you're considering a Private Clients bank account with your own "dedicated banker", don't be fooled. The dedicated banker doesn't ever respond to your emails or whatsapp messages. It's not worth the monthly fee - rather go for one of the lower packages, or better yet, go with a different bank.
I ordered a carpet for R270. Your website shows item is in stock. When the carpet arrived, it was the wrong style and colour. I logged a return with the preferred outcome of replace the item with the correct item. Now YOU changed the preferred outcome to "credit my account". I don't want my account credited coz then I have to order all over again, pay more for the same item AND pay for delivery! Please replace my carpet with the correct carpet ordered since your site clearly states it's in stock! My reference is MRRN-P5ZQM-BYG7.
I don't know where you got my details from, but leave me alone! I block your number only for a new number to call. I block that one, another new number calls. I have NO INTEREST in purchasing any insurance or products from you. Especially after reading all of these reviews on Hello Peter.
I have generally been happy with Santam. Their rates aren't bad and they've always covered my claims within a reasonable amount of time. But on 20 December 2021 I placed a claim for a stolen ring on all-risks. It still hasn't been finalised. I have to keep following up as no-one gets back to me. This is an unacceptable amount of time to be waiting for an easy cut-and-dry claim. Claim number 300167824 .

I am also not happy about the card the money is paid into. I will not be replacing the item as it's of too high a risk and wish for the claim to be paid into my bank account.
I had the most wonderful service from Medicross in East London. I had a horrible sore tooth and was seen by Dr. Fryer. I can honestly say that everyone, from reception to the administrators to the dentist and accounts personnel, everyone I came into contact was lovely. Thank you for caring. Your kindness is noted with appreciation.
#30in30 I am so incredibly grateful to my Nahoon Spar in East London. I work in healthcare and truly appreciate that when I go to my Spar, I get what I need. They are well stocked. Their hygiene is incredible which shows me that management cares about the safety of their staff and customers. The cashiers and floor staff are friendly in a time where, I think, they must feel scared going to work and dealing with the general public. They even have a till point set up that is JUST for healthcare workers/essential service workers. Thank you my Spar. You truly are TOPS and I'll be forever grateful!

I placed an order and it was lost in transit (like seriously? Is that the truth?) How did that happen. A replacement order was made 71117478. The delivery address is no longer valid due to lockdown. The delivery address needs to change. I tried to phone but waited 1 hour on the line and no answer. I work in healthcare, I cannot wait the whole day on the line for a consultant to answer the call. Please phone me 0828519203 for the new delivery address. I'm most unimpressed.
