Good day. I write this with great disappointment. Spar uitzicht in western cape We bought ribs at your store and too are shock it was eaw and chips was rock hard. No salt added and sauses. Theres no need to explain the danger of raw food and getting sick. I phoned Sunday and Anileen was the person i spoke too. No feedback yet. Please contact me regarding this matter.

My Spar had a one day special on the 31st of May, I sent my son to buy he Jacob's special but he made a mistake and took 1 instead of 2, it was a Jacob's coffee 1xR199 and 2x250. I tried to rectify the issue the following day by sending him back, the lady my son spoke to refused to to give him the 2nd coffee nor let him speak to a manager then when he asked for the head office's number she also refused. So I wrote them on Facebook they only asked for my details then ignored me, then I emailed instead of the head office assisting me they gave my number to the store's manager Harold who flatly refused to let me pay R50 and get 2nd coffee saying they cannot be sure if the cashier told my son to get a 2nd coffee. Also if I contact Head Office they will also refuse to help. I advised him had the cashier told him to get a 2nd coffee he would have coz I had sent him to buy it in the 1st place. Now I understand my son was in the wrong but I was pleading with My Spar to assist in these hard times as saving goes a long way. Harold spoke to me in a very degrading manner plain rude it was his or no way didn't care. I really hope My Spar can look for better leaders.

Tried to update my wifes profile on her Rewards Card using the Help Number, Customer Care email and FB page ... received a very unhelful response from disinterested employees that bounced me around. They are ***********!

Today, I went to Spar Clayville at the Mall of Tembisa to purchase a combo deal that was on special and set to end today. Unfortunately, one of the items included in the combo was out of stock. I approached one of the staff members for assistance, and she advised me to speak to the manager, Simon, to request a rain check so that I could pay for the combo and collect the missing item later when it becomes available. I followed her advice and spoke to the manager. To my disappointment, Simon refused and stated that Spar does not do rain checks and only Pick n Pay offers such services. I then questioned why I was advised to speak to the manager about this if it isn’t a service Spar provides. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive a satisfactory response. I found this experience incredibly frustrating and disappointing. It reflects poorly on the communication and service standards of Spar Clayville. This lack of coordination wasted my time and left me feeling let down.

Today i want to Vuwani Spar at Limpopo to withdraw instant money.I had copied down the voucher number and pin and i have been told that i cant withdraw without my phone.I just want to check with hellopeter if is possible .As customers we need to be informed .please checkout for me

Hello, I frequent this store often. On the evening of July 10th, I arrived at around 7:30 PM. Upon my arrival, I proceeded directly to the counter where electricity units are typically purchased. Unfortunately, there was no one present at that station, so I approached the nearest employee for assistance. Despite having to raise my voice to get a response, the lady simply stared at me until I requested to speak with the manager. Brenda eventually approached me and informed me that the manager was currently asleep. She appeared unwilling to help and wore a smug expression as I mentioned reaching out to the head office. Given my status as a regular client, I was surprised to discover that the till closed at a specific time, finding it unreasonable for a store affiliated with Spar. Brenda could benefit from receiving customer service training to better communicate with clients. While I have no desire to communicate further with the store itself, I would appreciate the opportunity to address these concerns with an area manager instead.

I ordered and paid yesterday for scheduled delivery for 13:00 - 14:00 today, right now it's 17:00 and my order is not delivered yet on the app it's saying my order is delivered. I called Spar Ridgeway (where I ordered) at 15:03 and was told that it is completely normal to see the order as delivered on the app yet the delivery hasn't been done yet. I honestly fail to understand how is it that I ordered and paid on time and yet they fail to slightly communicate or even apologize for this huge inconvenience you have caused me. I strongly advise against using their services.
