Good day. I write this with great disappointment. Spar uitzicht in western cape We bought ribs at your store and too are shock it was eaw and chips was rock hard. No salt added and sauses. Theres no need to explain the danger of raw food and getting sick. I phoned Sunday and Anileen was the person i spoke too. No feedback yet. Please contact me regarding this matter.
After the complain of wrong fuel in our car no reponse after it.
To: Management of WP Express Tygervalley Good day The subject line has reference. I am writing this email on behalf of Joshua Tobias. Client is a patron who occasionally re-fuels his vehicle at your facility. Yesterday, 31 July 2025, was one of those days where he used your petrol station to add fuel to his VW Polo, Registration nr: CAM 20160. The petrol attendant proceeded to put fuel in the vehicle and the client paid as per normal procedure. Mr. Tobias attempted to start his vehicle after the transaction was done. This however was when he found his vehicle to not be able to start. Mr. Tobias tried to figure out what was wrong as the vehicle failed to start. This led to him inspecting the slip he recieved, which was when he noticed the attendant poured diesel, instead of petrol in his vehicle. Mr. Tobias has no idea of the mechanical damage caused to his vehicle due to the error of putting diesel instead of petrol in his vehicle. Error on the part of the petrol attendant who failed to add the correct fuel. Mr. Tobias immediately brought this under the attention of the manager on duty, Saif (this is the only detail he made available to me), who acknowledged the error and undertook to sort out the vehicle and their mistake. Mr. Tobias treated the situation amicably and with understanding under the supposition that his vehicle will be given the attention it needs. Mr. Tobias undertook to obtain transport for himself to get to his place of employment even though he was left stranded due to no error on his part except for using your facility for re-fueling. Henceforth there was a lack of communication about progress on his vehicle and upon Mr. Tobias' retrieval of said vehicle, after his days work, he found the manager that was there in the morning, gone. The vehicle was in a bad state in that Mr. Tobias had no indication as to what has been done to correct the error. The petrol gauge which worked prior is now not in working condition. The vehicle reeked of petrol which made it unbearable to drive his family in and finally he had no way of knowing how much petrol was eventually put in the vehicle even though the petrol was the reason he visited this facility in the first place. The manager on duty at that moment proceeded to put R300 worth of fuel after Mr. Tobias expressed his dissatisfaction. It is placed on record, once more, that Mr. Tobias is yet to see what mechanical damage flows from this error. We are bringing this matter under your attention and request you to look into this before other avenues of recourse will be sought. Mr. Tobias is still open to amicable resolution of this matter but he is wearing thin for the lack of accountability on the part of the petrol station/your facility. Having to wait 5 working days for a funeral policy to pay out is one of the worst experiences of my whole life. This process just added to more stress and pain. Definitely moving my policy. Shame on you
We bought two copper pans. After a while the pans released fumes, handles began too buckle and pan surface where uneven and ruff. Took it in for replacement at Makro cape gate branch in the Western Cape. Today they let me know its fixed but it was far from fixed. Surfaces still uneven and ruff Handles still buckling Pan was wrapped in old Bennett wrapping and selotaped. I am highly disappointed. I would like a refund please.

To who this concern. Bought my son a pair of shoes,then the stitching got loose. I have been communicating since the 19th Desember 2023,but yet no response regarding this. Ive send all information they requested of me,but no response. If i do not ask what the process is then there no response. Its very bad for a well branded company to struggle with a response. The last reply was 3 working days,which past and now still nothing
After being on debt review Nedbank still deducted money. When trying to reverse or claim back the funds, it was alot of hassle. Very disappointed in Nedbank. Trying to get out of debt not more in debt
My family and i went to the restaurant to enjoy Sunday lunch. After lunch, when we had to pay the paying points, had no signal. My card was used 6 times for and transaction. I had to walk to pick n pay, stand in a long queue draw money and pay. Very disappointed
The recall of the fit bit ionic is a disaster. No payout, no response, struggling to get hold of there international call center, wasting my money, i want my watch swith back on. Bad bad bad service
