To Management of Brocka, This correspondence serves as a formal complaint regarding the disgraceful and unacceptable treatment my party experienced at your establishment. We waited **1 hour and 10 minutes** to be seated. After eventually being seated, we waited a further **25 minutes** before anyone attended to us — despite calling for the manager **three separate times**. We were only acknowledged after the third attempt. That level of neglect is not simply poor service; it is blatant disregard for paying customers. Once our order was finally taken, we then waited an additional **1 hour and 30 minutes** for our food to arrive. By the time the food was eventually served, our drinks were completely finished. Not once during this entire time did a waiter or manager check on our table. There was no follow-up, no offer to refresh drinks, no apology for the delay, and no effort to correct the situation. To compound matters, we observed other patrons — including Muslim customers — being seated and served before us despite arriving later. The pattern of service created a deeply concerning perception of preferential treatment based on religion. Whether intentional or not, the impression left was one of unequal and discriminatory treatment. Furthermore, when we requested the restaurant’s email address in order to formally raise this complaint, we were not provided with it. Instead, we were handed a menu and directed to your social media accounts. This response was inconvenient, dismissive, and inconsiderate. A reputable establishment should be transparent and readily provide direct contact details when a customer requests them — not deflect them to social media platforms. This experience was humiliating and unacceptable from start to finish. No customer should feel ignored, marginalised, or treated as an inconvenience. I am therefore formally demanding: 1. A **written explanation** addressing the extended delays at every stage of service. 2. Clarification of your **seating and service prioritisation policies**. 3. Confirmation of what **corrective and disciplinary action** will be taken. 4. A formal written apology for the delays, lack of table service, and failure to provide proper contact details when requested. Kindly provide a comprehensive written response within **7 days** of receipt of this complaint. Should this matter not be addressed satisfactorily, I will not hesitate to escalate it further and share my experience publicly. This was a complete failure of management and customer care. I expect accountability.

I am disgusted by the service i received Fr m brocka as a regular customer,i ordered a burger and it wasn't just raw but the blood was literally running out of the patty,i called the waiter to request to speak to the manager,the manager then said Myself and my girlfriend can come for a free meal which kinda made me feel a bit better,however a month later when we came for the free meal,my first bite into the new burger was more raw than the first time,i called the waiter and said,we were told to come for a free meal because the burger was Raw and now we sitting with another burger wich was that 6 sliders all raw..the manager had the audacity to tell me,its a free meal, unfortunately we cant tell you guys to come have another free meal,I haven't even started eating just took 1 bite..and noticed that the patty is once again raw with blood gushing out of it,i am very disappointed!!i highly recommend that you stay away from this restaurant.

Worst place ever as we book a reservation online but had to stand in the que as the person answering the call thought we had a wikideal. Highly do not recommend.

Went for Breakfast and they serve it with hair. I was so disgusted, it spoiled my appetite. So unhygienic. Just said that they are sorry. The good came cold for breakfast on a cold winter's morn. What is next roaches

I purchased 2 vouchers from Wikideals and redeemed them on Friday past.Upon arrival we waited to be served for drinks for more than 20 minutes and two family’s arrived after us and they also had vouchers and were a family of 7 members and the other 2 members.They received there food very quickly which was also the burger special and milkshakes or desserts.We then waited more than 45 minutes for our burgers to arrive and that time the family of 7 and the other couple of 2 has already left .We ordered a nacho’s as a starter which we eventually got very dry hardly any cheese with very little condiments too when asking the waiter why all he said why it’s comes like that chips very dry over baked .Eventually we got our burgers which the chips was cold and the milkshakes was watery.While waiting we already had a crawly visitor a ****roach and reporting this to the waiter all he rep**** was they fumigated the kitchen the Thursday evening

Extremely Disappointing Experience at Brocka Canal Walk I'm shocked and disappointed by the subpar service my family and I received during our visit to Brocka Canal Walk. We arrived at 6:45 pm, expecting a pleasant dining experience, but what we got was a lengthy wait and mediocre food. Our food arrived a staggering 1 hour and 50 minutes after we ordered, at 8:35 pm. To make matters worse, the food was cold and lacked any discernible flavor. The service was pathetic, to say the least. As a paying customer, I expect a basic level of quality and attention to detail. Unfortunately, Brocka Canal Walk fell woefully short of my expectations.

Extremely Disappointing Experience at Brocka Canal Walk I'm shocked and disappointed by the subpar service my family and I received during our visit to Brocka Canal Walk. Most terrible service by far from both the waitress and manager on duty !!! On the 1st December 2024 around 4/5pm , my sister and I went for a quick bite . We waited nearly 20 minutes to be acknowledged. While all the waitrons were gathering by the till area . We then decided to seat ourselves at a dirty table . The waitress that eventually came to us named ****a was like you don’t ever sit at a dirty table . My response to her , well we were not acknowledged , we are probably invisible and she was like yes most probably (sarcasm ) . I then mentioned to her that I know it’s busy festive period and things can get chaotic and she mentioned that they are quite efficient however there’s some technical hiccups happening . I rep**** by saying yes ofcourse these things happen but the show must go on … We ordered our drinks , a pizza and a pasta . Our meals came and when the waitress placed the pizza on the table and headed back to the kitchen , the strawberry daiquiri accidentally fell on the pizza 🍕. ****a then immediately took the pizza back to the kitchen . She then claimed that it will take a bit long because the kitchen is busy . I responded by saying no problem these things happen and my sister and I are prepared to wait … Shortly after ****a (the waitron ) left to the kitchen. A man came up to our table . Did not greet nor introduce himself and said we cannot make you another pizza . My answer to him was excuse me what ? He claimed that it wasn’t their fault that the daiquiri fell on the pizza and if we want another pizza we will have to pay for 2 pizzas . I told him just leave everything and give me the bill . Our bill came and he literally charged us for a pizza that we did not even eat . I refused to pay for it and he was making a scene etc asking who’s going to pay for it . Brocka will not be seeing me again .

I visited this restaurant twice and the service is really not nice. On my first visit the food was cold and they did not have certain items available which was on their menu and I visited on a Sunday. So yesterday I went there again and again on a Sunday. My daughter bought one of the wiki deals. We were seated and only after 30min did a waitier come around to take our drinks order after I asked who is helping us. Then we ordered a glass of water with all the other drinks and only recieved it after eating our burgers and waffles. I also ordered a watermelon crush drink and was advised they dont have watermelon. Then with the waffles on wiki deals you are given options to choose from however the waiter just told us they busy preparing our waffles and when we asked if we could choose an option we were told they only have bannana available. I must say the food really does taste very nice but the service is not great at all.
