A great app to find and book local accommodation. Very easy to use and book from a large selection. Also, very helpful when I needed to amend our booking.
Absolutely shocking service! I sent my pump in for repair a month ago, and since then, I have had to consistently follow up on its status. I am currently waiting for an update from 5 days ago, and I have no idea when I might be getting my pump back. Just to get a quote took 2 weeks, with constant follow-up required.
Customer service is nonexistent, and I would be embarrassed to be running this company. I have been trying to get hold of anyone at Easy Equities for the past two weeks, as a deposit made is still not reflecting in my account. They have been provided with a POP at least five times. The ONLY way to contact them is via an unresponsive ticket system. I am still none the wiser. It is really surprising that Discovery Bank is connected with them. This is a company that handles billions of investors' money. Something is seriously wrong, and I will be moving my investments to someone I can at least contact and trust. This is the third time I have been unable to reach them.
I have a cell phone contract that expired a few years ago. I was emailed a new 2-year contract we never signed up for. We are continually harassed by Vodacom wanting to upgrade us and we decline every time. Now they have just gone ahead and done it. Getting hold of Vodacom to sort this out is impossible. This cannot be legal.
We received a statement from MTN in mid Feb which included charges that were not for our cell number. This was queried with the branch at Cresta and we were told that this new service on our account does not exist and not to worry. I also wrote to customer care who replied "Kindly be advised that the line has been deactivated.". I then asked them what this meant and they replied that it had been escalated to the fraud department. I phoned MTN on 17 Mar as I was still not convinced that this had been dealt with and they escalated this issue to the billing department. The debit order has gone through today and we have been charged over 10 times our normal bill for a service we know nothing about. Also, MTN has done nothing about it and it is impossible to speak to anyone who can help.
Submitted a complaint on Hello Peter 2 months about voicemail notifications not coming through to my phone. Received the typical MTN response that the matter has been escalated and someone would contact me. To date no reply!!!!<br> <br> I need this sorted out!
I no longer receive any notifications when voice mail messages are left. Phoned 808 and they told me that it is the device. Went to Istore and they said it is the service provider. Went back to MTN in Cresta and was told by the consultant that MTN no longer sends notifications when a voicemail is left!<br> <br> I told this consultant that I was receiving notifications on my other phones with MTN. He insisted that is not how it works anymore!! Left in frustration!<br> <br> Can someone from MTN help?
