I place an order on the 9th March , got an email on confirmation , and that is where it stopped. I then followed up on the 11th , after multi attempts I got through to the customer service , who gave me a number to call , after trying to put me through, another 6 attempts went by and still could not speak to a human, I called bank to customer care , who took my number and said she would get some to call me back regarding the order,.Eventually Conraad did call me back , telling me he was standing in for the manager , he then went on to confirm my order and promised to have th unit delivered the next , i made arrangement to have someone waiting on my farm , and low and behold the end has ended and still no tank. I needed to buy more stuff from them , but at this stage im going to cancel my order,

On 23 January I phoned Rototank Stellenbosch about an order I want to place. I placed an online order later that day. On 30 January I followed up on my order with their online "Follow Up" request with no one getting back to me. On 4 February I phoned again and was advised that they do have stock, they will arrange delivery and he will phone me back. No surprise there, I did not receive a call. Phoned the branch manager Lorenzo on 9 February and was advised that they do have stock and will arrange delivery. I told him I will have somebody at home to receive the delivery on Wednesday at 10:00. I was told no problem, he will arrange it for that time. He confirmed delivery date and time with me multiple times before the call ended. On Tuesday just after 13:00 I received a call from the driver to say that they are at my house, wanting to deliver. I told him to chat to his branch manager about our delivery arrangement. Up until today, 13 Feb, I have not received a single call, email or anything relating to my order.

I bought a tank and a pump in October 2025 at Rototank Boksburg and unfortunately I had to return it. I have been waiting for my refund to date 23 December 2025. They do not care or give any update on the status. I must call them all the time and every time they tell about head office still processing it. There is zero customer care and urgency. I am really disappointed in their services

I have purchased a tank and a pump in 2024 towards the end of the year but managed to install everything earlier in January 2025. It worked perfectly well since but lately I realized that the pump is loosing pressure and cannot supply the water into the house. I sent them an email and attached my contact details, I stated my challenges but to date there has been no response whatsoever from Rototank. To me that poorest service delivery because they need to respond to my problem and offer solutions

I placed order #88749 on 18 November 2025. This business promises free delivery nation wide, but to date (4 December 2025) nothing has been delivered. A few promises to deliver were made and then broken. I escalated my problem to the regional head in the Western Cape, Lorenzo, who seemed to try and get my delivery moving but to no effect.
