I have contacted Jeep South Africa several times about the upgrade of the maps in my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee. All they do is take your details and say they will get back to you, which never happened. Their agents also just say that they cannot help and that I need to contact Jeep South Africa. Totally unacceptable.
My vehicle was taken into Ross Champion East Rand for a fender repair on the 10 January 2024. After numerous calls from me to the company and only a couple of messages from them, they finally said I can fetch my car on the 13 February 2024. When I saw my car only half of the damage was repaired, to which I was told King Price said not to repair it, to which King Price also haven't responded to. The manager promised me to have it fixed by the 20 February 2024. On the 28 February I went again to fetch my car but still it was fixed, the body lines and gaps were totally not matching. Today 03 March 2024 still haven't received my car.
