Does not deliver on his promise and charges extras every day but leaves without completing anything and no refund.
Worst experience ever. Please be careful of Ryan. He is very nice and professional until you pay him. We paid over R150k above the quoted price and didn’t get half the stuff we paid for. He started complaining about us wanting fancy finishes, which we paid for, and never got. Paid for a building plan, septic tank, widen floors, double sliding door, knotted pine and never got that either. In the end when we complained they became very rude and arrogant and threatened my husband. They are filthy and use cheap material. Windows and flooring weren’t even done when he demanded balance saying he’s done and he refused to leave without paying seeing very well that he only delivered half the job. Be careful, he’s ****mer and ****bag who preys on the weak. I do not recommend this company.
WORST Accounts department ever. I'm livid right now. I moved in 2 months ago and every single week I'm having to fight a battle of non payment. I've sent proof of payment, called, whatsapped I'm enough. Innocent is firstly very rude and arrogant and today he did the worst, changed my locks to my apartment without notice after having sent proof of payment just last week. I pay every month on the 25th, way before rent is even due and I have to explain myself every single month. I'm sick and tired of this. Your service is appalling, worst cause I PAY MY RENT ON TIME WITHOUT FAIL. If this ever happens again I will sue you for damages.
Just want to say thank you very much for the prompt responses to queries and amazing service. I was doubtful at first cause I've never heard of them but I took a chance after reading comments here and I must say, they're amazing. The process is fast and easy and I got my car in less than the 5 days that they specify, wow. I'm a very happy client and highly recommend them. Thank you to everyone I dealt with form the beginning to the end :).
Very disappointing service from Azola Faku. I logged a matter over 2 weeks ago and I've been following every single day to be transferred to an attorney and 2 days ago Azola calls asking me to send my documents so he can open a file. I did, IMMEDIATELY. I got no response from him, sent a follow up yesterday he didn't respond and when I send another one today he tells me he's at call center for 2 days and that I must resend my docs as he can't open them. WHEN was he going to tell me that he can't open my files if I didn't follow up? I did say this is an urgent matter and my premiums are never late. And who's problem is it that he's working at call center? I need file open and matter resolved or send me back all my premiums NOW. This is the first time I'm posting but not the first time I've had these issues with your service.
I would like to log a complaint about the ABSA field street staff, especially Constance Mdletshe and her manager that was on duty on Friday, 4th October. My sister went in to the branch to reset her online profile cause her account was locked and besides the fact that they didn't help her, claiming that the account is fraud simply because I'm using her card, the service they gave her was pathetic. They judged her based on how she looks. My sister is disabled, can't walk so getting to the branch took a lot of effort. They were asking her irrelevant questions like where is she getting so much money from? Where does she work? What does she know about profiles. When she told them where the money is coming from, which is me, her sister, they asked about me. Where I work, why I'm using her card, where do I get so much money from. All of which is irrelevant to her getting her profile open. I called to try talk to them and they decided to block the account cause I wouldn't give them my employee number since I also work for a bank. And they refused to helper her. She can't explain properly so I had to step in to explain what they need to do and they told me they can't take instructions from me as I'm not their client. Firsly, I too, am an ABSA client, but that's not the issue. I was not giving them any instruction which the account holder wasn't giving them and simply asking me as her big sister to explain. Now her account is locked and all her money is stuck for 7 days while they do an investigation as to where the money comes from. That money comes from her big sister and my company that she works for. She has no access to funds and this needs to be escalated immediately please. It's unacceptable. You can't judge someone by how they look. If I needed to sign power of attorney they should have just said that instead of giving her attitude and asking her where all that money comes from. If a white disabled person walked into that bank they would never have asked them that question. I need this resolved ASAP please.
I ordered on the app on 2 August and my order was sent to the wrong restaurant therefore had to be cancelled and I was very rudely told to order again not even willing to understand my financial issue that I used my last money. I was told that I have to wait 2 days for my refund. This was 2 August and it's now 6 August and I still haven't received my refund. I called now and I'm told that nothing was processed. Firstly I was inconvenienced by not getting my food and couldn't order again since I had no money. Now I must beg for my refund??? CAN I PLEASE HAVE MY MONEY BACK NOW.
<p>I'm just too upset to even mention my problem besides saying I had to wait 38 days to get my engagement ring from American Swiss Sandton City. In these days I was the one following up and they don't even bother phoning to update a client on progress. And when I call it's a different collection date and there's always someone else being blamed and they don't take responsibility. I collected today and I refused to leave without my ring just cause the guy wasn't there at 11. I'm very disappointed with their service and will never do busines with them again. Lucky for me my fiance proposed with a big ring otherwise if he had to wait for them it would have spoiled his plans. Worst company to do business with ever. We know my wedding ring will definitely not be from them.</p>
<p>Horrible service from a company that was outsourced by CAMASH. They're quick to use the line outsourced once they have your money but when you're booking they don't tell you that it's someone else who'll be handling your stuff. I paid R800 for bubble wrap which wasn't even used. They used mine but they guys claimed they had 40m which is a lie and I had no choice but to pay to get my stuff. The driver and that company management were very rude. I'll never use them again and DO NOT recommend them. Don't waste your time, rather pay for professional service. Not worth the headache.</p>
<p>I need to please escalate this issue. The agency is telling me that they're still waiting for the owner to authorise the release which is unfair because they know the issues I've had with this owner since I moved in and the reason I moved out is because he is rude and asked me to move out instead of fix my issues with the house. Now waiting for him to authorise a payment that I made to the agent is really unfair cause it's now past the 14 days stipulated in my contract. Can this please be escalated as I need my money cause I paid deposit in my new place and was relying on this to pay my other bills. The agents name is Joy/Kressantha</p>
