As a new tenant, I am disappointed with the level of service and the manner in which tenant complaints are handled. I recently contacted the account manager, Kagiso Morulani, to seek clarity on a charge reflected on my invoice. During the discussion, she insisted that no error had been made by her colleague, despite the fact that I have evidence supporting my query. While attempting to explain my concerns, the call was abruptly terminated, which I found highly unprofessional. This experience has been particularly frustrating, as I am now being asked to settle a charge that has not been clearly explained and was not accounted for in my budget. I would appreciate a thorough review of this matter and clear communication regarding the charge in question.

Shocking! A steep uphill endless battle. No responses, no action, total neglect. Is it actually a private company? We've had bad managing agents, but this the worst. I'm not sure if anybody is even there.

Mafadi manages a complex I own an apartment in. For the last 15 years that I owned this unit, not once have I paid my levies late, yet any other bill of mine. Due to errors on their side the started send me arrears demands and charging me for each letter and sms. I then starting receiving defamatory emails with false accusations from their staff, I sent numerous emails requesting a call to multiple staff members and including their MD, no response and I am still getting these notices. Apart from this, I am still waiting years for exposed wiring on the outside of my unit to be fixed, again no responses from them. Shocking service from these managing agents, would not recommend them.

I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Lillian Bondokoto at Mafadi Property Management for her outstanding service. After encountering a stressful billing error where I was incorrectly flagged for arrears after vacating my unit, I reached out with a formal dispute. Lillian responded in less than 24 hours, taking immediate ownership of the situation. She quickly verified my account status, confirmed I had a zero balance upon move-out, and instructed the credit team to process my deposit refund. In an industry where administrative errors can be overwhelming, Lillian’s promptness and attention to detail were a breath of fresh air. Thank you, Lillian, for being a true professional!

I have never dealt with a collection of people who are so unwilling to assist people. Mafadi make basic administrative errors and then refuse to respond to any emails you send asking for assistance or clarification following from their mistakes, and then somehow manage to make their errors your problem. They have recently managed to mess up the invoicing process for my entire block of flats, and have made absolutely no effort to fix their own mistakes. The staff are rude, dismissive and unhelpful.
