I'm very disappointed at the service provided. Even in 2019 when my car was still under their service, lot of things were removed from my car. I reported all the faults and none were sorted out. And i was even booked for fixing on the 11 November 2019,when i got there i was told that was sorted out. I had brought the issue of tow bar not functioning among other issues and i was told it was also fixed until I took the car for service same month and they denoted a problem with the installation of the tow bar. I brought the issue to their attention again then, and i was told to bring the car for fixing the tow bar when I could.And as I thought it's something regarding the tow bar that i hardly use, and i practically had no time to go from one province to another i thought bringing the issue up when i have time means exactly that. So now that the car only got booked for this month, yesterday even: I have to be told it's my fault to wait for almost 3 years which is not at the truth of the matter as I reported it immediately when i realized it.The only problem to wait to bring the car for fixing was the distance and time matter.I took the car for service in that 2019 where the problem was identified as the wiring and installation problem.Yesterday after waiting the whole day for a call of feedback on the car, i get to be told it's the problem of water and the cap closing the tow bar???The cap i removed it recently when trying to place a trailer little did i know it will be an excuse to cause the problem that had been there ever since the car went for fixing after the accident. So disappointing.
