EXCELLENT SERVICE & REPAIRS
I have received excellent service from Alicia and continuous feedback on the progress of my vehicle. They went out of their way to accommodate me and get the job done in the shortest period of time. Deon from the hail repairs department has done a phenomenal job on my car. The workmanship was exceptional, and the attention to detail was remarkable. He truly walks the extra mile for his clients. I will confidently recommend Deon and the team to anyone needing quality repairs and outstanding service, especially in hail damage! Thank you once again Auto Lab, Menlyn!

Substandard workmanship and complete management failure
The customer-facing staff were the only positive reality of this experience, though it was clear they were being left alone without any support from the top end. The owner and management should be ashamed of the poor quality of work and the consistent failure to keep basic service delivery promises. It is in utter disbelief that a simple job took forever to fix, only for the business to be perfectly happy to hand over a substandard job and provide consistently poor correspondence throughout. It was a total waste of time, and it is unfair to leave frontline staff to answer for management's failures; I cannot recommend this business.
