EXCELLENT & FAST SERVICE!
The service I received from Dotsure, in particular, Phumisa Mooi, was really outstanding! Within 2 days everything was sorted and the money I've spent at the Vet, paid back into my account, without a lot of effort. I will definitely recommend Dotsure as a provider of choice when it comes to furry friends.

Rosella’s always walking the extra mile to accommodate our needs and time available to care for our furry babies. The Yorkies love them and we are always happy with the service and how beautiful they look after being groomed by Rosella’s. This mobile pet care is highly recommended.

WARNING OF MISLEADED INFORMATION!
I am really very disappointed with the way we were treated by CSI. When my mother moved into Twee Riviere, I was told that we can put up some paintings for her and that they will usually not charge for fixing it afterwards. I told Annalie that my mother is a pensioner, earning a very small pension and couldn't afford to lose her deposit for repairs afterwards. She assured me it was okay to put up some wall hangings to make it homely for my mom. After 8 months we had to move her due to dementia and we left the bachelor's flat spotless clean with only a few nails on the wall. The wall was still brand new as it was painted just before my mother moved in. I then got such a big shock as they have deducted R2 000,00 from my mother's deposit for repairs, without even notifying me beforehand. If it was necessary to fix the wall because of the nails, we could have done it for much cheaper than that. I've sent a complaint, but they didn't even bother to reply. I really feel that this was unnecessary and that we were misinformed from the start.

BEST & CARING AUTOMOBILE SERVICE
My brake pads and brake discs needed urgent replacement and I was immediately helped by Jaco whilst I was waiting on the day of my outreach to him. He went out of his way to get the parts and drove all the way to the supplier to pick it up. The friendly and professional manner in which I was received and treated, really impressed me a lot. Jaco also very nicely explained to me all the necessary information that I needed to know for future reference regarding maintenance, cost implications and how to prevent certain possible damages. This was really the best service and care I've ever received!

Cheree, the best Old Age Home ever!
I have moved my mother to Cheree Old Age Home because of her dementia condition. This was the best decision I have ever made. They are looking after her so well and she gets so much attention and love from the people working there. Patricia is one of the angels that went out of her way to let my mom feels welcome and she is giving her a lot of attention, walking with her, as well as dancing and laughing with her. My mother looks like a different person, and I can see that she is really happy. Thank you so much to Engela, the owner and all the personnel of Cheree Old Age Home. You are making a huge difference in people's lives. We really appreciate all of you from the bottom of our hearts!

Trustworthy security!
Excellent service with quality products! The installation was done on Monday, 30 January 2023 and I am very satisfied with the work. Barend, the Sales representative is very friendly and knowledgeable, gave good advice and the installation team has done neat work. I will definitely recommend this company and product!

Tessa and Divan are passionate about animals and they also went the extra mile, helping me to find my ****atiel after it flew away. They advertised and when they got response, personally brought our ****atiel back to us. They are highly recommended!!

Value for money!!!
What a fantastic breakfast buffet we had!! The food is excellent and real value for money! Staff are very friendly and deliver good service. Highly recommended! We will definitely come back for more!

Fraud committed by Southern Rx Pharmacy
I received a claim notification from Discovery for the amount of R705,50 received from Southern Rx Pharmacy. This is a fraudulent claim as I never visited them and also don't live near that area. I see that I'm not the only one complaining about fraudulent transactions from this pharmacy. Maybe Carte Blanch should go and investigate. Why are their doors still open?
