I booked a mobile grooming service (first time ever) for my elderly Westie. They arrived and I briefed them in depth that he was old (therefore a bit grumpy), had numerous lumps across body that they should look at before using the the clippers. I left him with them and went into my house. A few minutes later I heard my dog screaming and went to see what was happening. I found the lead groomer holding him while he was screaming. I took him of him and asked what was going on. The groomer said he was using the dryer on him and he was unhappy. Never in 12 1/2 of grooming had this ever happened! No dryer was in sight in their van and he was towel drying the dog. I sent them on their way. After calming him down it was clear that they had started trimming him so the story about a dryer was a blatant lie. I suspect that he was not compiling with the groomers wish and he was struck/dropped for him to be so traumatised. These guys need to come clean! Stay well away!!

Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this mobile pet groomer. I reached out multiple times via message and never received a response. It’s frustrating when you’re trying to support a local service but can’t even get a basic reply about availability. Clear and timely communication is essential—especially when it comes to scheduling care for pets. I hope they improve their responsiveness in the future.

Great service in every way! Professional grooming by this one woman small business. Tess is so polite, soft spoken and absolutely wonderful with my two Girls. Jess is a 40kg long haired Sheppard with bag legs and hip issues. Tess grooms her so gently sitting on the ground so as not to hurt Jess’s bad legs. What a lovely surprise to find someone willing to go the extra mile. Thank you Tess. You make your business stand out head and shoulders above the other mobile groomers I’ve used .

Good morning, Ive stayed quiet on this topic to avoid talking or getting personal against Tessa after my dismissal. This if for clients who care about the person working with there dog. Unfortunately I've come to be informed that I was accused of causing damage to the company, after giving them equipment from my own home, donating betadine and vinegar and Ive helped her alot personally. Tessa does have a tendency to get hard handed with dogs that don't like being groomed, and loses her temper quickly unfortunately, I've witnessed it first hand, multiple times. A week or few before I was dismissed, me and Tessa where what I would interpret as friends, and one day I was met with Tessa saying we aren't friends, we are acquaintances and she wanted to make things purely professional between us. But let me ask you this, how do you want a professional relationship with your assistant, but your prone to get personal with clients, what am I supposed to do? When she gets personal and I was told to stay professional, so I pulled back completely. When we where friends (from my perspective) at the beginning, we fought 90% less than at the end, the disagreements we had where over serious situations and in the end we fought over childish ****, and I mainly got irritated and quiet when Tessa in my last few days, had the habit of making slimy comments as I work, making me feel horrible and as said, very irritated. I'm not going to go into excruciating detail, or the extremely personal and private things we discussed (which makes me question even more why we "weren't friends") It hurts me to say, after being a very loyal customer for years, then being offered a job and taking it, staying loyal, trusting her and then have everything turn a 360 with her denouncing our friendship, acting snappy and unhappy towards me after not being happy with what she asked for, and then being dismissed over WhatsApp, not face to face, no proper warnings or anything. And what hurts the most, is when we had our very first fight, I explicitly asked for a contract that outlines how she would like me to be, and the responsibilities I would have to complete. At the time of my dismissal, I haven't seen the contract 3 months into working for her. I know alot of clients think she can't do anything wrong, but please ask yourself this, I was a client as mentioned, for 3+ years before I started working for Tessa. I thought the same, but remember, there's more than one size to a coin.

Rosella’s always walking the extra mile to accommodate our needs and time available to care for our furry babies. The Yorkies love them and we are always happy with the service and how beautiful they look after being groomed by Rosella’s. This mobile pet care is highly recommended.

I would like to write a review about Rosella's Pet Care Mobile Grooming. They are the best. My dog love her and she know what I want. I don't have to go anywhere and less stress for my hairy child.
