I took my car in for an overheating problem. They changed my radiator. The problem persisted, i was left stranded on the highway, i took it in again, they told me that the fan switch is faulty and needs to be changed. They charged me again for the fan switch saying that the radiator was also leaking. 1 week later the car overheats, stranded on highway again. The car was leaking water from the water bottle because the bleed ***** was overtightened and the thread was stripped.
I spoke the Mark who is the owner and he said that he will contact me, i am yet to hear from him. I took my car to Bosch, they found the fan was physically damaged when Automate removed to change the radiator. 2 weeks later the fan switch that Automate installed popped out on my way home because Automate used the incorrect part.
Automate owes me money for the radiator which was fine, fan switch which was the wrong part and leaking water bottle which i replaced.
I have not heard from them to date.
I dont know how a company with such incompetent staff is allowed to exist and trade.
Do not take your car to them! ... unless you want it to get f#$%ed!
