Bad service

I don’t ever wish for anyone to experience the stress that I am going through because of Auto tech Newcastle. The car was taken to them after an accident in December 24, till to date, it is not finished. It’s been 8 months now and they do not bother calling just to give feedback at least. You always have to push them to do the work and they lack accountability. Whenever you call they just promise to call back with answers but they never bother calling. I’m so frustrated!!! Who can leave without their car for 8 months?? I have because of auto tech Newcastle :( :(
