Bad service
I don’t ever wish for anyone to experience the stress that I am going through because of Auto tech Newcastle. The car was taken to them after an accident in December 24, till to date, it is not finished. It’s been 8 months now and they do not bother calling just to give feedback at least. You always have to push them to do the work and they lack accountability. Whenever you call they just promise to call back with answers but they never bother calling. I’m so frustrated!!! Who can leave without their car for 8 months?? I have because of auto tech Newcastle :( :(

Vodacom contract opened without my consent
I am so stressed about what Vodacom did to me. Last year (around July 2917) I received a message from my bank informing of the debit order that had been done from my account. I didn't know anything about it as I had not applied for any contract with them. Fortunately the transaction failed as I was no longer using that bank and had insufficient funds. I had to call their call center for help and was told to send my ID copy, sworn affidavit and a letter showing my three signatures. I did all of that and after a few days I received an email confirming receipt of my documents. I noticed that those debit orders were stopped, but still that debt is still showing on my credit reports. Till to date, nobody from Vodacom has called me to give me feedback on the case. This is affecting my credit record in such a way that I can't even get credit from anyone as it is painting a bad picture about me. All my accounts are updated except this one which I really don't understand how it was opened without consulting me to confirm everything. Please help
