🚨 *****ULENT & UNPROFESSIONAL – STAY AWAY! 🚨 I brought my car to this workshop on 14 May for a simple annual service. What should have been a straightforward job turned into a month-long disaster. What Went Wrong: No updates or communication – I had to follow up repeatedly just to get basic information. They claimed there were “multiple leaks” and replaced the tappet cover gasket, air inlet hose, and turbo cooler seals – but provided no proof or old parts. Car returned after 6 days, suddenly leaking oil. Charged for aircon regas – but it wasn’t working. When I tried to return the car, I was told they were too busy. I finally brought it back on 24 June. From there: I was ignored, disrespected, and strung along. Suddenly told of a new oil leak from the vacuum pump (not mentioned previously). I was told to wait for spare parts. After waiting there was suddenly only a new part existing. I requested a labour quote - remained unanswered. I had enough and went to collect my car, it was trapped behind and under other cars, parts removed, and Morris exploded, smashing the vacuum pump in front of me. I recorded the entire incident. The Final Blow: I got my car out the next day and took it to a proper workshop. They found: The vacuum pump was NOT leaking. The actual issue was a simple oil pressure switch. No sign that the previous work was necessary — or even done. Bottom Line: This workshop is dishonest, aggressive, and completely unprofessional. They likely fabricated problems just to charge more. Morris is rude and volatile. What began as a standard service turned into weeks of unnecessary stress, delays, and cost. 🛑 Do not trust this business. Avoid at all costs.
