Autobosch Clinic Germiston Bad Service
Autocare Clinic Germiston Fetched car : 25th Feb Car stopped :26 Feb and towed it back. Workshop refuses to pay for the costs saying that its not what they fixed. Just under 24 hrs I fetch car it stopped working and they refuse to fix it unless i pay. When car leaves workshop after you fix are there no guaranters or warranty This is so unfair. They absolutely do not want to take any accountability at their own costs . When they stripped my car twice did they not see this problem. My car was with them for 3 months.

They scamers. They haven't delivered on a product that I've bought and when I ask for a refund they say they will do but I've been waiting for months now.

Do not use Autocarestore.online
I too, have now come to the realisation that I have been scammed by Autocarestore.online, and can kiss my R578 goodbye. Renault card key ordered and paid for via Payfast on 1st February 2019. Much correspondence with the owner, John Handreck, over the last 7 months, but always excuses and promises to come back to me. The return calls never arrived, and I would have to query time and again to get a response. I had hoped that Payfast could refund me, but they have informed me that they have suspended this merchant. So, unless you fancy being ripped off, steer clear of this crowd (if it is indeed a crowd and not just a lone rip-off artist)

Poor customer service. Still havent received my product!!! Their website is now down!! I will never again order from these fly by nights

Autocare online store is a SCAM
This is a scam!! Paid for an item in April , and to date nothing received. Only promises and lies from John Hendrick, professional fraudster who belongs in jail. No Gumtree ads and his Online Store been pulled off the internet. Do NOT be fooled by his demeanor, he is a CROO****

DO NOT MAKE ONLINE PURCHASES FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!
A simple complaint that will hopefully assist other consumers. Culprit: John Handreck I ordered online (order #1001-A1160), and paid for in full, 2 x spare key cards for my Renault Megane for an amount of R 832.02 on 28 May 2019. Was promised delivery within 5 to 7 days. No delivery was received and I started following up only to hear the poorest of reasons i.e. but we are importing from China and more. A refund was requested on 11 June 2019 via email and WhatsApp. Absolutely no progress nor feedback. So, up until today, 26 June 2019 I have not received my keys nor my refund which means this is now a theft case. This is my warning to other consumers. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS PATHETICALLY STAFFED ONLINE COMPANY - UNLESS YOU ARE 100% HAPPY TO JUST THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY. Rather pay more and visit your local companies or OEMs. These clowns is a Nigerian campaign ready to steal your money while they are keeping you at bay with pathetic excuses. F@cking thieves!!!
