Refund for deposited vehicle

I deposited a car with the dealership caller Autofame in South gate No1 Riffle Range , that later the sales man changed the agreed price and wanted to increase. I therefore asked for a refund that he later blocked me in WhatsApp. Right now when I called the manager by the name of Mohamed with the proof of payment, he is telling me that the salesman is nolonger working with them and I can't get my refund.

Please help
