Excellent service
I had a fantastic experience at Autofame .From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. A special shoutout to the lovely lady in the sales department, Hazel. she was absolutely amazing! Not only was she knowledgeable and patient, but she also took the time to understand what I was looking for and guided me through the entire process with genuine care and attention. Her friendly demeanor and professionalism made the car-buying experience smooth and enjoyable. She answered all my questions with confidence and helped me find the perfect vehicle within my budget. I truly felt like I was in good hands. If you're thinking of getting a pre-owned car, I highly recommend visiting this dealership and asking for her, you won’t regret it!

Dealership selling damaged cars
I bought a car 2022, the sales lady never informed about the car being involved in an accident. Almost two years later, I'm dealing with the consequences of that. What makes it frustrating is that this car was involved in a car on the driver's side. For some reason the electric part of the is not great, my right indicator does not work at all, my radio stopped worked and no one seems to knows where it went wrong. I'm in distraught !

Dealership selling damaged cars
I bought a car 2022, the sales lady never informed about the car being involved in an accident. Almost two years later, I'm dealing with the consequences of that. Refund for deposited vehicle
Hello Peter I deposited a car with the dealership caller Autofame in South gate No1 Riffle Range , that later the sales man changed the agreed price and wanted to increase. I therefore asked for a refund that he later blocked me in WhatsApp. Right now when I called the manager by the name of Mohamed with the proof of payment, he is telling me that the salesman is nolonger working with them and I can't get my refund. Please help

Stay away from this dealership
Do not buy your car there They sell damaged cars and even if you report to ombudsman they do not reply Stay away from them Don’t believe a word they say. I think they even work with the bank that finances the car because it’s impossible that the bank never picks up these problems

Absolute cheats (don't waste your time or money on them)
I would give it a zero stars if I could. Please don't buy from these people. They will sell you an accident damaged vehicle and deny it when asked directly. Even claiming authentic Dekra reports, while it is obvious that the vehicle is not up to any sort of decent standard in places that lay people would not see. Once the car has been purchased they will not assist you in any way, ignoring all forms of communication. Many people have unfortunately fallen for their trap. 1 Rifle road, corner Nasrec road, Southgate, 2091 Please avoid at all costs

Car Dealership in the south of Johannesburg
The service from the aftersales serice team is terrible. I bought a brand new car cash in June of this year with all the extra cover. There was a problem with the car it was making a noise when you change gears which I reported the minute I heard it. I was told it may just be because the car was not in use so I should give it some time to see if the noise is still there in a month. The noise was still there. They took the car in it was left without a car for 4 days they said it was the gearbox. I got the car back the noise was still there which the dealership driver confirmed. The noise got worse so I took the car back again they took the car, I was left without a car for 3 days they then told me it was the side shaft which they repaired. I got my car back it was filthy and theyou had damaged the tyre wall there is now a dent on the fender and paint was chipped and the rubber under the windscreen wash replacedo with a second hand one. I took the car back and I complained, the owner of the dealership is very rude but eventually agreed to correct the problems. I was told to bring the car back on wednesday which i did , again i was left for again on Tuesday and i was left without a car for 2 days. I got my car back the only thing that was done is the tyre was repaired. I was told by one of the staff that if im not happy i need to speak to owner but he wasn't there i had to come back which is did. I again complained about the damage to my car from the dealership workshop the owner told me that it's not their duty to repair themail damage but eventually reluctantly agreed to correct the problems and said I should come back on Wednesday and they will give me a loan car, I arrived at the dealership this morning expecting to not to be without a loan car only to be told they can't give me a loan car. Then the owner tells me that he can't give me a loan car because someone took his loan cars and his insurance won't cover the damage, how is that my problem? I must now be inconvinienced again having no car and they can't guarantee I will get my car in a day. So my advice stay far away from Autofame in Ormonde on Rifle Range Road
